“I booked the Spruce Room, which has extremely dated pictures online. There have been years of use when you actually view the place. The kitchen has stains and marked up tiles, bathroom is barely clean with black mold in the back of toilet. All 4 of our beds had dirty linens and since there is no on-site manager, they had us raid the emergency shed and hopefully retrieve extra sheets. These sheets were all unusable. “parking was horrible, contractors were doing asphalt work during my stay, it was hard to find a spot, and when u did, you couldn't park there, it was like musical parking, spot to spot, breakfast was good, the room air-conditioning was loud when on, I have been in better Hampton inn and less the price”

“When I booked it with Expedia, it said restaurant on site and pool with hot tub and pool. The restaurant was non existent. There were advertisements in the elevators for it. When my husband went to use the hot tub for his back, which is why I booked this hotel, it is all torn apart. The pool area is a MESS!!!!! If you are going to stay here this summer, I would NIOT!”
