Le sei camere da letto e sei bagni offrono molto spazio per tutte le generazioni. Due cucine complete renderanno la vacanza un gioco da ragazzi per chi ama cucinare e per chi ha bisogno di un frigorifero in più! Ci sono anche due lavanderie, ideali per chi ha bambini piccoli e un sacco di biancheria. Dopo una lunga giornata in spiaggia, puoi goderti una doccia calda e fredda all'aperto prima di salire di sopra verso i portici fronte mare. Ci sono tavoli da picnic e panche, perfetti per i pasti guardando l'oceano o solo per una notte rilassante. Anche per il tuo divertimento ci sono sedie a dondolo per goderti la brezza dell'oceano tutto il giorno! Ci sono due ampi spazi abitativi in entrambe le cucine, ampio spazio per tutti nella tua festa. Goditi i film su più TV, giochi e puzzle, perfetti per le piovose giornate estive.

Thanksgiving week with family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Redundancy throughout the place as this was 2 identical but separate duplexes (torn down the wall between the 2). Infrastructure is old but appliances and furniture are updated.

Great Ocean Front Hime

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a split townhouse now made into a single - which allows for a bigger group. This house had gorgeous views and short walk to beach. The home was stocked with everything you could think of that you might need — attention to details that made the stay great. For instance: beach toys, chairs, fully stocked kitchen, fully stocked laundry, etc. The only “negative” is that the outside deck chairs were very hard (solved with pillows) and two lounge chairs for a nap or reading on the deck with that wonderful ocean breeze would be nice. But, that’s all very minor. We had a fantastic week and loved this beach home! We’ll stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We truly enjoyed our stay at the Lansing property. The home is much better than the photos. Everything is very updated. We enjoyed comfortable beds, great updated bathrooms, kitchen and common areas, 3 beautiful balconies and it was a perfect layout for our multi-family vacation. Each family was able to have their own space, set their own sleep and wake schedule and we all still enjoy a great shared family vacation. The two kitchens are well stocked for cooking including many spices and staples, the bathrooms are stocked with all your upgraded toiletries needs making packing easier. There are tons of beach toys and chairs, 2 charcoal grills, 2 fully stocked laundry rooms (no need to but detergent or dry cleaner sheets) and again the 3 decks affords everyone wonderful both shared and private tranquil views of the ocean and breezes. The location is a stones throw away from the pier with bar and restaurants within walking distance but far enough away that the beach is not crowded in front of the property. The owners even left us a welcome note and a gift card to Bridge Tender. In Conclusion, it was a wonderful week and each family had a fantastic stress free relaxing time. It was my daughter's wedding week and we will always cherish the memories made at this lovely beachfront home in Wrightsville Beach.

Great Family Beach House!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property “Laing” was well equipped and very clean. The location is perfect for walking to nearby restaurants and shops. The house was recently renovated and all furnishings were very pretty and comfortable. Good access to the beach and plenty of beach chairs and toys for the kids were provided. We had a couple of issues but Intercoastal Rentals was very quick to resolve the problem. We would rent again and I would highly recommend this house.

Great house, poorly maintained

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My extended family (12 people) visited for a week. The house layout was great and worked really well for our family. We were happy with the location and amenities. However, the house was poorly maintained. The sinks and showers barely drained, the sliding doors were difficult to slide open or closed, there were loose steps on the entry walkup. When we called for maintanance (on day 2), they didn't come fix the issues until the last day of our stay. That was frustrating. Additionally, we saw mice and cockroaches in the house, which was very disturbing.

An A plus for the beds which were very comfortable with crisp sheets provided by the owner. The kitchen was not a big open kitchen as we usually like but it was well stocked. The location was great and the views - especially upstairs are wonderful.

Wrightsville Beach week - prized family tradition

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always love being at Wrightsville Beach, and the few negative issues we did not spoil our vacation time. The property was a familiar one for us and the 6 bedroom arrangement suits our family group composition. The big dining table room is a plus, while the 2 kitchens are not. The beachfront location is also important, though view is partially obscured. As already reported, there were some maintenance issues this year - mostly in housekeeping - perhaps hurriedly straightened up and cleaned -trash in sand/grass beyond outside showers- missing pillowcases - cabinet door with broken hinge, lots of kitchen things put away dirty and more small things. The property also had maintenance issues. The porch had rotting boards and rusty nails - also noticed top of stairs (outside A) with board that seemed loose. None of the problems interfered with our vacation. We appreciate the house's many good features.

Love wrightsville

For the most part we enjoyed our stay. The house could have been cleaner - floors were sticky and bathrooms needed a going over. But the beds and sheets were wonderful - crisp new and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything it needed. Took a few days to sort out the cable but it all came together. Ultimately it worked for our group.

There was plenty of room for everyone.The downstairs bedrooms had bathtubs and were big enough to have 2 packand plays. Under the house made a great place for the children to play out of the sun.

Perfect for large family

Having the two kitchens and two refrigerator was a game changer for our big family. Also having the two separate sides made nap times for grand babies easier and quite. The large table accommodated everyone and the furniture was nice. The only complaint I would say was that the floors were extra dirty, like they hadn’t been mopped thoroughly in a while. We didn’t realize it within the first day until everyone realized how black their feet were and the babies knees were black. No fault of the homeowners. I blame it on the cleaning crew hired by rental company. Also called for kitchen towels and pot holders . Got the towels but never got the pot holders. Still had a great experience but would recommend professional floor cleaning for the hardwoods.

We had 15 family members sleep comfortably in the 6 bedrooms without having to resort to the pull out sofas. We enjoyed sunrises from our balcony’s and easy walks to the beach every day. We are already talking reunion in a few years and will be checking out the Laing for another great vacation!

Family Reunion Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been renting this house off and on since 2005. The house suits our needs perfectly. We are an extended family consisting of three sisters, their adult children and their spouses and grandchildren. The two complete kitchens allows us to cook meals without any difficulty. The six bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom, is wonderful for our crew. The covered deck is the favorite place in the whole house. We all enjoy the Wrightsville Beach and Wilmington area and take advantage of the shopping and restaurants. This year, the entire family enjoyed a very good meal at Cape Fear Seafood. The 3rd night, there was an issue with one of the air conditioning units, and the repairman was there the first thing the next morning and fixed the problem. The only downsides to the house is the living room furniture. As I stated earlier, we have been renting this house since 2005. The living room was old and very uncomfortable in 2005. The furniture is now 11 years older. This furniture definitely needs to be replaced. The only comment on cleanliness is that the mattress covers could have been cleaner. There were hairs and lint on the cover of one of the master bedroom beds. We have placed a deposit on this house for next year, and yes, I would recommend it to a friend or relative.

Intracoastal made good!

Reviewer Comments: We started at Beach Retreat on South Lumina which was more than unpleasant, and Intracoastal Management found this location for our families as a make good and moved us midweek. This was quite accommodating for a large party... 15 of us ... we all had our own beds and were steps from the beach for the surfers among us. While not beautifully decorated, it was comfortable and clean and the long table was great for our pizza night!

Reviewer Comments: Great space on the beach. 2 kitchens and 2 laundries work great for large group. Oven was not cleaned properly and caught fire when we first used it. Apparently something had spilled over and wasn't cleaned. Maintenace responded and wiped it down but still not clean. So we ran the oven clean cycle. That helped. Some other maintenance issues but not major.
