Newly Renovated Ocean Front Condo with Wrap Around Deck and Private Beach Access

This first floor 2 bedroom 2 bath oceanfront condo sleeps 5 . Enjoy the 180 degree wrap around deck with panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean! The amazing wraparound oceanfront deck is the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee at sunrise or cocktails in the evening while watching the kids swim in the pool. Direct private beach access is just outside. Open floorplan features a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living space. We just installed in 2023 a soft water system, as well as a drinking water Kinetico reverse osmosis filtration system under the kitchen sink. The drinking water can be accessed through the small faucet located on the upper right corner. The system is tied to the icemaker in the freezer as well. The water tastes great and you can rest assured that it is free from contaminants. The main living area features a living room with 2 vinyl sliders, providing incredible ocean views and dual access to the large covered wraparound deck; an oceanfront dining area; a brand new 55 inch Smart TV with cable and adjustable swivel wall mount, brand new (in 2026) leather sofa and 2 beautiful, comfy swivel accent chairs. Renovation in 2022 includes brand new kitchen cabinets, quartz countertops with barstool seating, updated backsplash, brand new top of the line stainless steel appliances, including full size stackable washer/dryer and beach friendly luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout condo. Both full bathrooms have been completely renovated with designer tile, new vanities with quartz tops, and brand new fixtures and accessories. Master bathroom features walk-in shower with glass door and guest bathroom features brand new tub with sliding glass doors. Master en suite bedroom features king bed (new in 2026) and 48 inch Smart TV with cable and second bedroom queen bed (2024) with twin trundle bed underneath (2026) and 43 inch Smart TV with Spectrum app. Outdoor pool and direct private beach access just right outside the door. Deck features two Adirondack chairs, two bar height chairs with table and dining table with four chairs, brand new for the 2022 season. The complex is on a nice wide strand of the beach (re-nourished in April 2022), there are three restaurants right across the street, and is within walking distance to the Carolina Beach Lake, Saturday Farmer's Market, downtown restaurants & shops, the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, and the Ocean Grill & famous Tiki Bar! This lovely high end property is the perfect beach getaway.

This is one of the cleanest beach properites that we have stayed at as a family. The cookware is nice and both k cup and drip machine in the kitchen. Easy access to the beach and a great view make this a perfect family location.

Lovely condo & a fabulous location. Parking was much better at this location than our previous rentals. The updated decor was beautiful & relaxing. The pull out couch was surprisingly comfortable. Owners were very helpful. No issues at all.

Our semi annual Carolina Beach trip

My wife and I live in Pennsylvania and have been visiting Carolina Beach once or twice a year for over a decade. This condo is among the best ones we’ve stayed at. It was a little more money than we normally spend but worth it. Everything in the place was top notch. The decor, the quality of everything from the beds to the kitchen supplies (no scratched pans or mismatched plates/glasses), to the appliances was in excellent condition. And everything was very clean! Holden and Toni were great with communication and helping with instructions. They made getting in and out very easy. I would say if you’re looking for a really quiet getaway take note that there is a pool right next to the place and you might get a little more activity than normal if you like to sleep in. Otherwise this is a great place to stay! One thing I would offer as constructive feedback would be to make the parking assigned for each condo. This issue has nothing to do with the owners and they went out of their way to make us aware and help navigate it. But the HOA should really consider fixing it. Even if it’s a little bit of a walk, I’d rather have an assigned parking space than wonder about where to park if we decide to drive to dinner or go to the store. Luckily downtown Carolina Beach is only a 10-15 minute walk so driving can be minimal. Thanks again Holden & Toni, we had a great time!

Great beach access getaway

My family and I stayed for a few nights and we have young kids so we wanted to be right off the beach with easy access. It was a great little place, clean and as described. Great views from the deck! The host was very communicative and helpful. Would definitely come back for our next beach getaway!

Such a great place!

I really want to gate keep on this gem of a condo so it's available when I book again! The location is great, the condo was bright and airy and well stocked and Holden was always accessible and very responsive. I loved sitting on the deck! It was the perfect location for a family trip. If you're on the fence, I can assure you, this condo is worth booking.

We loved the newly remodeled look and felt very comfortable staying here. The owner, Holden, was very nice and made sure to let us know he was available if we needed him. Great Location!

The Condo was in the perfect location close enough to walk to the boardwalk but far enough away to not have to worry about a crowded beach. My husband loved enjoying the view of the beach while drinking his morning coffee on the wrap around porch. There were lots of great places to eat close by and the Host had very helpful suggestions. Thanks to Holden our family now has a new favorite burger spot!

EXCEPTIONAL & LOVELY CONDO WITH OCEAN VIEW

We stayed at this lovely condo for five days and four nights. Everything went fine. From reservation, ease of check-in, superb cleanliness and spaciousness of the premises, to check-out. The wrap-around corner balcony is a plus! Beautiful location with many attractions, specially, eateries. Property hosts Holden and Toni Hansen were always on top of things and would answer our communications within minutes, and one can tell that they truly care for the property and its guests. Kudos!

Perfect beach location

This unit is the perfect beach location! We have stayed in Sand Pebbles once before and really liked the location so we were excited to return for New Year’s weekend. Loved waking up every morning to amazing views! Size of condo was perfect for our family of three. We had everything we needed for a long weekend and we loved their toaster so much, we bought one for our house. Would 100% stay here again.

Great spot for a beach getaway

Great to look out at the beach while you have your breakfast. The condo is compact but functional. Easy walk to several restaurants and be sure to check out The Veggie Wagon.

Great View / Great Host

Beautifully appointed condo in a prime location of the Sand Pebble complex. Host was proactive and attentive. Restaurants within walking distance; though if you decide to walk to the boardwalk you will either need to walk in the street or walk down the beach. Will stay again. Will recommend.

The View!

We had a great time. The location was perfect. The unit was very clean and well equipped. Having flown in, being provided beach towels and beach chairs was very nice. The owners could not have been more responsive and respectful. The very few questions we had were answered in minutes. Walking a few steps to beach, a block or so to several restaurants of all types made it even better. We will be back and recommend staying here. Jim & Dana

Great property, responsive and friendly hosts.

Stunning views from the ocean facing front porch and the pool facing side porch. Ocean is less than a minutes walk from the gate directly adjacent to the unit. Local attractions and dining within walking distance or short drives. Very comfortable unit with hosts that are responsive to questions or needs. We hope to return.
