Sand Castle: spaziosa casa indipendente all'estremità meridionale

Novità per l'estate 2018! Casa a 5 camere da letto aperta e spiaggia all'estremità sud, perfetta per la tua famiglia! Goditi un caffè mattutino o un pasto serale sull'ampio portico. A pochi passi dall'accesso alla spiaggia pubblica o dall'accesso audio pubblico.

Al piano terra hai un soggiorno e un frigorifero full size! Al piano inferiore ci sono due camere da letto, ognuna con un letto matrimoniale. C'è anche un bagno completo su questo piano per queste camere da letto e la zona giorno. Grande spazio per distendersi, giocare e guardare un film!

Al piano superiore hai lo spazio abitativo principale e le restanti camere da letto. Il soggiorno ha molti posti a sedere per la famiglia, una grande TV a schermo piatto ed è aperto sulla sala da pranzo con un grande tavolo per i pasti in famiglia o per stare insieme dopo una giornata al sole. Ci sono più porte sull'ampio portico anteriore e molti posti a sedere anche all'esterno! La cucina è completamente fornita di tutte le esigenze per preparare un pasto insieme e godersi una cena. Su questo piano ci sono due camere da letto, una con un letto singolo e un rotelle e una con un letto matrimoniale. Queste camere condividono un bagno full size. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size e un ampio bagno padronale privato.

Sand Castle è la casa fantastica che tu e il tuo gruppo state cercando. In una strada tranquilla è perfetto per famiglie con bambini o per chi cerca una vacanza rilassante. C'è un parcheggio per 3 SUV e 1 berlina, e il garage è fantastico per riporre qualsiasi attrezzatura da spiaggia o bici che porti!

Family wedding event

The location was good. Not on the beach but quiet and a nice street. There was plenty of room for 9 adults. I was disappointed that there wasn’t a hair dryer or any toiletries (hand soap, bath soap, etc).

Everything we needed and great condition.

All information and detail’s accurate as expected. The location for fishing and access to the water was within very short walking distance. Parking was difficult with four adult couples but no surprise as the website reveled this from the start.

There isn’t a view, but it’s about a 2 minute walk to the beach and it still has a beachy front porch with rocking chairs. I would definitely recommend and will definitely rent again.

Intracoastal was INCREDIBLY kind and allowed us to postpone our trip a year and then we enjoyed this beautiful house with our brothers and sisters and nieces! The downstairs was PERFECT for our little nieces to get up and play without waking everyone upstairs! The variety of gathering spots, huge porch that is shaded in the afternoons, toys in the garage, laundry, huge rooms, and outdoor shower for post beach rinsing checked all the boxes. And the short walk to our favorite end of the beach was absolutely perfect for all ages! It. Was. FABULOUS!

South end is perfect

Sandcastle has everything you need. It is a little dated, but the location is amazing. A Beautiful, quiet street, very quick walk to Less crowded spots on the beach, easy walk to great coffee shop and Oceanic restaurant. You’ll love the location!

Cute house. Close to the water. Very comfortable, bright home. We were only there for the weekend for a wedding but we’d love to go back and would rent this house again!
