Seabreeze Away - Pool - Fire Pit - Close 2 Beach!

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space! Centrally located and only minutes to downtown or Wrightsville Beach. Soak up the sun by the pool during the day and gather around the fire pit in the evening! Relax and enjoy your Wilmington vacation! Seabreeze can comfortably sleep a family of 6 in this neighborhood setting! Stocked kitchen, plenty of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy!

This house is the perfect place for your Wilmington Stay! It has a good size living room, dining room that can seat up to 6 people and a fully stocked kitchen. There are 3 spacious bedrooms, each with it's own TV. The two full bathrooms have been updated. You'll love the fenced in backyard with an inground pool and firepit!

Guests will have full access to the entire house, outdoor space, and pool. There is a locked owner's closet for our storage, but other than that you'll have full access to the property. Self check in with keypad.

College Graduation for granddaughter

Overall the house was perfect! Thought the pull are was somewhat in a disarray with garbage laying around and the fire pit full of cigarette butts, also ice maker in the refrigerator was shredding plastic in our ice water, I took the ice bucket out and found two large spoons stuck up in the blades I pulled them out but we did not use it after that due to plastic shavings! Everything else about the house was perfect for our family and would recommend this place!!!!

It worked for us

Convenient to airport, shopping, etc. all bedrooms had tvs which was a plus. Property could probably use a refresh to paint and flooring. Good property, not great

Beach Blast

In town for a weekend hockey tournament. House was close to the rink, clean, and had a pool. Perfect for after our games.

Great vacation rental.

Great vacation rental very well done and organized. Really enjoyed the pool and fire pit. It was very close to the beaches and restaurants. We will be back!
