As soon as you walk through the door you experience coastal living at its finest. Full kitchen including pots pans, Coffee pot, and bar cart. Sectional pulls out to full size bed. This property was within a 20-30 minute drive to the Southeast coast beaches and Wilmington. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. It was also very close to a grocery and gas station. The host responded very quickly to the questions we had and when we had to postpone due to hurricane concerns she was very gracious to move our reservation to alternative dates. The home was relatively clean and could use a bit of updating but we had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped.

Five stars for charm, location, and peaceful vibes We had such a lovely stay in this super cute home! The neighborhood is peaceful, safe, and inviting—plus it's in a great spot, close to the beaches we were aiming for and shopping, too. The house was well-stocked with great cooking tools, which I especially appreciated. It felt like a calm home base after busy beach days.A few things to note:* Would love clearer instructions for how to access things like Netflix or other streaming apps (and a reminder to sign out when done!).* A small bin for indoor recycling would be a great addition.* It would’ve been helpful to have a few more dish towels and maybe a kitchen sponge for cleaning pans.* A dish drainer would be great for hand-washed items.* Slightly more dishwashing pods would’ve covered the full stay.One bigger note: the bed sizes weren’t listed in the VRBO description. My husband and I are both tall, and a full-size bed just doesn’t work for us—so we ended up in separate beds while traveling kid-free (which we made work, but other couples might want to know in advance). A queen or king would be amazing for future guests!Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay—and with just a few small tweaks, this place would be near perfection.

What a perfect little home for our college visit weekend. If accepted, this will undoubtedly be our go-to location for move-in weekend and visits. The house was fully stocked with anything you could need and so just cute. The beds were quite comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet and centrally located to everything. We had a lovely visit. Perfect home in perfect location for visit

This home was perfect, as my 87 year old mother really wanted to visit my son who lives 0.5 miles from the VRBO. My mother cannot otherwise visit as she cannot climb stairs and he lives in a split level. This was so easy and comfortable for her. We will definitely be renting again.

This house is in a nice and quiet neighborhood that is within 10 minutes to many stores. Check-in and check-out was easy and thd host was responsive and helpful. I had excellent nights of sleep there. The backyard had a nice grassy area for my kids to run which was a nice surprise. All of the furniture is good quality and we had everything we needed for an awesome stay. Thank you!

Compact, cute, efficient

Great space for 3 people, not too big, not too small. Lots of nice decorative touches. Very clean and comfortable. We loved it. Owner very responsive. Brought over an ironing board not long after we asked her about one.
