SOGGIORNO DI 7 GIORNI O PIÙ AUMENTO, SCONTO DEL 10% !!! SOGGIORNO DI 28 GIORNI, OTTIENI IL 20% DI SCONTO !!! Adorerai la posizione di questo pittoresco cottage, nascosto tra la città di Wrightsville e Carolina Beach nella famosa sezione Masonboro di Wilmington. Per chi non ha familiarità con Wilmington, questa zona non è solo molto desiderata, ma anche molto sicura! Il cottage si trova nella parte posteriore sinistra della mia proprietà, ma separato dalla casa principale, (dove vivo). Il vialetto non è asfaltato e anche il sentiero per il cottage non è asfaltato. Se siete interessati a prenotare il cottage, si prega di notare: nessuna festa o evento. Non fumare all'interno del cottage. No animali. Non adatto ai bambini. Gli ospiti devono avere ventun anni. Due ospiti max.

Ricevo molte richieste per animali di piccola taglia. Non posso ospitare animali domestici. Ciò include gli animali di servizio. Il cottage ha molto da offrire però. CUCINA COMPLETA PIÙ RONDELLA E ASCIUGATRICE, la rendono una scelta perfetta per soggiorni prolungati. Questo accogliente cottage da 450 sf è dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno confortevole. I servizi includono la cucina completa (keurig per caffè e tè, pentole, padelle, piatti, utensili, ecc ...) e anche la lavatrice e asciugatrice che avevo menzionato, insieme al detersivo per il bucato gratuito. Il cottage si trova nella parte posteriore sinistra della proprietà, dietro la casa principale. Un piccolo patio privato in mattoni sul retro del cottage ha un tavolo e due sedie, una fontana di leoni e rose e fiori stagionalmente. Il cottage ha un design a pianta aperta con un letto matrimoniale. C'è anche un tavolino e due sedie che possono essere utilizzati per mangiare, uno spazio di lavoro o per giocare a giochi da tavolo in una giornata piovosa. La grande TV a schermo piatto ha anche un lettore dvd collegato, oltre a un Roku per chi ama lo streaming. C'è anche una poltrona e un tavolino da salotto. Such a lovely property, in a beautiful neighborhood! From the blooming gardens surrounding it, to the sweet space within. Immaculately clean, cozy and thoughtfully decorated. Comfy bed, adorable kitchen supplied with everything you could need. And, our host had special touches everywhere you looked ... sketch pads/pencils, puzzle books, crochet hooks/yarn, dvds, board games, even an acoustic guitar w/lesson book! A charming private patio w/fairy lights completed our accommodations. If you're headed to Wilmington, book The Artist's Cottage! It truly is a home away from home. Patti is a delight and we're so grateful we found her.

What a beautiful place. Your cottage has rissen to the top of our places to revisit. I strongly recommend Ft. Fischer for beaching and a ferry ride to Southport is a must.

I was so excited to stay here, but do not feel like the reviews matched the place I was. The cottage was cute, and it had a surplus of fun activities for us to do, and the host was nice. However the cottage was not clean, the fridge and freezer did not appear to be properly wiped down in a very long time, with gunk built up on all the shelves. I was excited to use the keurig and the k-pods next to it, but after an inspection I realized the keurig had the filter completely removed from it and I found small mold spores in the water compartment. The oven wasn’t disgusting but it too hadn’t been properly cleaned and smoked quickly with the food remnants from previous renters. The bathroom was mostly clean, however, the ceiling had black mold above the shower. Lastly on our final night I found a large cockroach scurrying around the living room. I was able to kill it and informed Patti which she apologized for and insured me they sprayed monthly but bugs can still get in due to the location. I believe her, however, it still was not an experience I’d want to deal with again. The place was cute but too cluttered with items that didn’t need to be there—large random furniture and about a hundred framed pictures. Again, the host was pleasant, but the experience was not and did not meet my standards of “clean” at all. I hesitate posting this, but I wish I had a better idea of the cottage myself before I rented and would appreciate an honest review.

Complete perfection

The owner has simply thought of every detail in making our weekend stay perfect ! Sitting in a nice , quiet, residential area it was completely private including your personal patio in back of the cabin . We had a very busy weekend visiting our daughter as she finished up her final year of softball at UNCW. The college was only a ten minute drive and fifteen minutes from Wrightsville Beach . Great location! My only complaint is that we did not have a down day to just relax at the cabin . From crocheting and drawing baskets , music instruments, movies , magazines and puzzle books or simply sitting in one of the outside areas to enjoy the gardens having a day to just relax would have been great ! Maybe next time!

Artist’s Getaway

This cozy cottage was close to our son and we were able to have our own space. Both of us were design majors so it was a special environment for us with plenty of beauty in the surroundings to draw. We will return to this special location.
