Una meravigliosa vacanza ti aspetta in questa residenza sull'oceano con una vista spettacolare sull'oceano. Situato all'estremità meridionale della spiaggia, a pochi passi dall'Oceanic Restaurant and Pier. I grandi ponti sull'oceano si affacciano sul soggiorno e sulla camera da letto principale e sui ponti delle altre camere da letto di fronte al suono.

Il piano terra dispone di parcheggio, doccia esterna ed è disponibile per riporre l'attrezzatura da spiaggia. Entra nell'unità e sali una rampa di scale fino al primo livello. Questo livello ha un ampio soggiorno, sala da pranzo e cucina. La cucina è completamente fornita di tutto il necessario per preparare un pasto in famiglia! Goditi gli ampi posti a sedere nel soggiorno, l'ampio ponte fronte mare fuori dal soggiorno con molti posti a sedere per rilassarsi o un tavolo per gustare un pasto. Questo livello ha anche un bagno completo e una camera da letto con 2 letti singoli, un ponte rivolto verso il suono e una TV a schermo piatto.

Procedere al piano superiore fino all'ultimo piano. Troverete la zona lavanderia nella hall e due camere da letto. La seconda camera degli ospiti ha 2 letti matrimoniali, una TV a schermo piatto, un balcone con affaccio acustico e un bagno completo. Great stay at the beach!

The house was in an ideal location with a nice view of the beach and near many restaurants and things to do. It had everything needed, with enjoyed our stay, only wish it could have been longer!

Great Thanksgiving Get Away

We planned to spend Thanksgiving at the beach. It was just my family of 4 so wanted to make it a little fun & different. I was a little worried about cooking an entire Thanksgiving meal in the kitchen but was so impressed with just how well the kitchen was stocked! We had enough pots/pans and serving dishes for the entire meal. We love the south end of Wrightsville and found the location of the house to be perfect. Right on the beach and walking distance to our favorite surf / coffee shop. We ran into one problem with the main room sliding glass door facing the beach not opening properly but called the property managers and they promptly sent someone over. I would definitely stay at this property again!

The view from the house and deck onto the ocean or toward the pier is lovely. The kitchen/dinette and living area were the right size, the bedroom looked out over the sound or the ocean, which added to the beauty.

Good section of beach - easy access. House is nice with a good view of ocean. Kitchen is a little snug, depending on how many people are trying to help cook/prep at same time. We had a problem with a significant odor in the home that took a couple visits from maintenance worker to resolve. In the end, it was due to the floor drain under the washing machine lacking water in the pea trap. This was allowing sewer gases to enter the home intermittently. You probably won't run into this issue if you rent this property, but it is the only reason for docking a star on this review. I would rent this property again.

The location is great- the ocean waves can be heard through the screens, the views are amazing. The outside shower is wonderful. We discovered that the washing machine was not functioning; the plumber varified it the following day, and the next day a new washer was installed. Quick way to solve a problem!

The access to the beach is super convenient and we even heard a live band from the Oceanic on Friday night. The only downside is the quality of queen beds, they were very uncomfortable-could probably use a nice mattress pad or something. We also noticed that the washing machine failed on spin cycle and left us with soaking wet clothes and towels. Overall, these were small inconveniences for a wonderful stay!

However, our history goes back even further when many of our friend groups have been in and out of the Wallace since the early 1990's! Overall, it is a great experience and that's why we keep coming back.
