Helpful check in. The candy vending machine would not accept dollar bills, but I really did not need the calories anyway lol. Great bed, good a/c.

Comfy bed, quiet room until my last night and nice channel selection on TV. Would have preferred sheets that didn't have holes burned in them, though.

I only gave this property a 4 star just because it needs updating. It was clean and the staff were very nice and polite. Convenient to restaurants and some shopping. Close to downtown also

Decent for the price
2nd year at this motel. Pretty nice rooms for the price. Nice owners and employees. We get a king room and was comfy. Our only complaint is the pillows are too small. But i just got another pillow and was better. I recommend this motel if you want to save money.

On the lower side of "hotels"... the entry door had to be slammed with full force in order to close and lock, which I'm sure the other guest didn't like. Carpet was in dire need of replacement. Saturday night was a party in the parking lot. I'd pay the extra and get a better room next time.

Comfortable and inexpensive
Everything was good, considering the price. The bed was comfortable and seemed new. The room was adequate, with a refrigerator and microwave. Bathroom had a tub/shower, toilet, sink and the main room had a sink, counter and mirror. The room smelled like cleaning products when we first went in, but it wasn't overpowering. We were on the side closest to the road and traffic noise was not bad. No breakfast but you can walk across the parking lot to Bob Evans, or later in the day to Roosters for some wings or a sandwich. There was plenty of parking and within a mile there are lots of fast food places and a Kroger. It is a short drive to the World Equestrian Center and a cost effective option to paying $250 a night or more for a WEC cabin that has more beds but only one bathroom.

The staff was very helpful. The only suggestion I have is the room numbers need to be painted white so you can see them from the parking lot when you are trying to find your room.

It looked very out dated. The bed was uncomfortable and not enough outlets to plug in my cpap machine i need medically . I only could sleep on that side of the bed. Where i could of had a better sleep on the otherside of the bed. But the staff was great let me check in early and worked to get the room clean because i needed a down stairs room because i am handicap to use the stairs. No elevator. The building itself looks runned down . To me its a 39.00 a night motel. Or by the hr. Very sad.

The carpet in the rooms is very dirty. The rest of the room was acceptable in regards to clean. Had to even ask for shampoo, surrounding area is noisy

I stayed at this hotel January 2023. They're STILL using Covid-19 policies....IN 2023!!! What this meant was the front lobby area was closed, so NO complimentary breakfast, coffee, or other perks associated with open lobbies. I had reserved a room with a single bed a week in advance. They gave me a room with two beds and shrugged their shoulders when I brought it up. There was no complimentary shampoo or conditioner, and I was covered in spider bites by the time I checked out.

Checked in at 5:30PM, had to wait while the clerk went to determine if our room had been cleaned or not. Length of time spent checking in was unreasonable. TV cable box had to be unplugged and reprogram itself each time the TV was turned on, very inconvenient and time consuming. No lines at all in the parking lot, making for difficult parking.

This hotel is past its prime. The nonsmoking room smelled terribly of stale smoke. The sink had burn marks from cigarettes! No breakfast as advertised due to Covid.

The room had filthy carpeting. One of the beds was decent and the other one had a worn out mattress. The bathroom was clean, but outside stairs were littered with cigarette packs and junk. Was just what you would think a cheap motel would be.
