Ville a Wilmington

“Property was spotless and the crew managing the business were extremely helpful. Spacious and inviting unit. Wondered if it would be helpful to have an awning of some kind to block rain from the furniture outside. Well after the rain, it was still a bit wet to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Peaceful, but units are close and it did not appear to be fully booked. As units are added, it will become a busy village with less open water view. Truly enjoyed our visit.”

“Very convenient to downtown Wilmington and a great place to stay on the river! Perfect for watching fireworks!”

“Not only is this place absolutely beautiful, it was meticulously clean!! The host was wonderful to work with and very friendly! Also, the staff at The Cove were amazing! It truly was a pleasurable and very relaxing little vacay!! Beautiful views and good restaurants near too! Thanks so much!!! We will return!”

“Very clean, tastefully appointed, gorgeous views of Cape Fear River & Marina and excellent service by Cove employees! Would definitely recommend.”

“We had a wonderful time as usual. Love the new golf carts that help you get to the dock and the drivers who are so helpful. We will be back again.”

“Amazing place, quiet, relaxing, and peaceful”

“I thought the houseboat was terrific. Very well appointed, clean and well-designed. The admin staff was very responsive and helpful. This is the “off-season” and there was no need for them to schedule any quick turn around with their cleaning service to accommodate my request. A bit of a money grab if you ask me. All in all, a super fun place to host a party and an...

“We loved the details about the rental. The QR codes we could scan were very helpful. ”

“House is clean and about what you expect no surprises just a really nice house with everything you could want. Bed with no bathroom was super comfy and pillows. Great communication. Great AC control on each floor. Elevator has some issues but if you just read the directions inside the elevator you'll get it. Most people don't read the directions. But it was still a learning curve. We had one person get trapped in there and if they had just pressed the button again or re open and close the door...

“Home was beautiful but had roaches. I sent a picture. The golf cart only worked half the time. Very unfortunate so we left Friday. I was hoping to hear back from the owner about the roaches and another day refund on the golf cart but have heard nothing except they were checking into it.”

“As listed property close to lots of attractions, had a fun time with all the local attractions”

“Perfect in every way!”
