“While I wasn’t expecting anything glamorous, the hotel was beyond disappointing. Not only was it not clean I am handicapped and the door we were told to use, even though it was claimed to be the front door was around the back of the hotel. There was no free, bottled water the washing machine I was counting on was broken, the breakfast was nonexistent, and there never appeared to be anyone around at that time for help.
