  • Located just one mile from the charming town of Winesburg, where you’ll find two cozy coffee cafés and a great pizza shop, this comfortable getaway is also only five miles from the many shops and restaurants of Berlin, right in the heart of Amish Country.

    The home is wheelchair accessible, with no steps and a walk-in shower for added convenience. Guests can also enjoy free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and a relaxing front porch with rocking chairs and beautiful views of Holmes County. Inside, you’ll find both a coffee maker and a Keurig, along with kitchen essentials for preparing meals during your stay.

Katie’s cottage was the cleanest place we have ever stayed. It was so relaxing and Naomi has thought of every detail. Just a sweet, sweet place to stay. We hope to come back.

The place was very clean and maintained. The house was extremely attentive. It was a short drive to all shops. Would definitely stay here again.

Katies Cottage was beyond what we expected. We were the first guest since opening. Everything was spotless and Naomi has thought of everything. Not sure I have stayed anywhere any nicer. Bright and cheery. Even left snacks and coffee. Full coffee pot plus pods for single cup. Rocking chairs on porch were an added touch which we took advantage of. King bed slept well. Hope we get back to the area so we can stay there again. Owners on premises which was nice in case we had questions. Naomi did introduce herself which was very nice. We really loved this cottage. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a nice quiet place to stay.
