“The weather was exceptionally hot during our stay, the staff had closed the curtains on our room and had a fan running to try to keep the bedroom cool. All of the staff, without exception, were helpful, professional and friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed the spa facilities. “Breakfast was extortionate and dire. Not worth the money. It is outsourced and nothing to do with the hotel. The rooms are not cleaned everyday nor are the towels changed. Nobody comes to check for housekeeping. The room was like a sauna. Extremely hot rooms, creaky floors, dirty carpet and windows. Windows don't open. Bathroom water pressure is just awful. There is no fridge or airconditioning in the room. I didn't use the leisure facilities. Aircon is only around the reception area. The hotel...
