“Excellent accommodation, offering all the conveniences for our sray. Carport, secure premise, well equipped kitchen with great range of tea/ coffee pods. Living and dining spaces made it feel like home. Great lication with a short walk to the beautiful beaches and coast. Would highlt recommend. ”

“Home was comfortable, made so with the dishwasher, good reverse cycle heating and smart tv, however the wooden steps at front and side had no hand rails and with the foggy mornings the steps were very slippery. Very easy to fall and fracture a hip from side steps onto concrete drive if elderly, like we both are.”

“We had a very bad experience. The place was nice enough but the host was incredibly rude and accused us of causing damage, which we did not. He could not provide evidence of any damage when asked to so. Would not book any accommodation through stayz ever again. We are still trying to refute a fraudulent charge. The customer services through stayz is very poor.”

“Absolutely immaculate property. Maybe cleanest and most well put together rental property we've ever stayed at. Great location for Cowes and Phillip Island in general. Minutes to main restaurant and shopping area. We had 3 adults, 4 kids and with 3 large beds, 1 single, and 2 sitting areas it was plenty of space for all. And the cherry on top was the ease of arrival and departure.. The easiest positive review Ive ever had to make.”

“The home is clean, however, it wasn't as modern, fresh or thoroughly presented as it appears in the listing, and isn't what we were expecting based on the photos. The home is quite old, and the front stairs aren't particularly safe. “We had a lovely weekend staying at your property, enjoyed the firepit on the cool evenings. The beds were comfortableand there was enough space and plenty of toys and games to entertain the children. They did have fun with the karaoke machine. The location suited us well as you can easily walk down to the beach in 5-10 minutes and it is close to the cafes and restaurants.”
