“Personalmente fue una muy mala experiencia ya que ni siquiera pude encontrar ni entrar en mi habitación, en las especificaciones dice que cuentan con transporte hacia y desde el aeropuerto, cuando les pregunté sobre eso me dijeron que no contaban con el transporte, después fui al día siguiente por la mañana (la noche que llegué tuve que rentar una habitación de hotel en otro lado) no recibí respuesta hasta horas después de haber pagado todas las noches de estadía en otro hotel, quise hacer...

“House was very clean and cozy. Easy to find. B01 room was in basement - no issues however mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. ”

“The waterslide was a hit but the pool area could use some TLC. The room was clean but the pillows and bed weren't very comfortable. Breakfast was fairly standard but not well stocked. The value wasn't there for the price.”

“Not a big room by any means, but it was quite nice. The bed was very comfortable. We would have liked an ice machine available, but made do without. Loved that the Wild Rose Brewery & Taproom is a 10 minute walk away. We didn't try the onsite restaurant, as we were in the mood for something less frilly. Really enjoyed walking the halls, checking out the photos of Calgary's past. All in all, a lovely spot.”

“Had a bit of a stressful start because I accidentally booked the wrong dates, and it was non-refundable and couldn’t be changed. Luckily, Kristen was amazing and helped us sort it out. She was super kind, patient, and really went out of her way to help—really appreciate her! The room was clean and comfy, and the hotel feels pretty new overall. Breakfast was great too, lots of options. Also met a lady from Hong Kong at breakfast who was super friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience...
