This exquisite home features indoor and outdoor fireplaces, a game area with foosball and arcade, plus a 6-seater golf cart for exploring. Just minutes away, enjoy a pool and the convenience of Twin Creeks Marina`s amenities, including a restaurant, boat rentals, snacks, and gas. Your ultimate vacation experience awaits!



-Home includes plenty of games for your guests with arcade games and foosball.

-Community Pool Access Memorial Day-Labor Day

-3 min drive using your complimentary golf cart to the marina where you can enjoy food, drinks, or use the boat ramp for your own watercraft.

-Drafts and Watercrafts Bar and Grill at the marina is open until mid-October and will open mid to late April.

-Dry Creek Beach is at the entrance of Twin Creeks Marina where you and your family can play in the sand and water during your stay. Open Memorial Day-Labor day



-You will access the community with a gate code and we will provide a door code to enter the home.

-We will be available through chat or by phone call to provide any assistance during your stay

-This home is in the beautiful gated golf cart community of Twin Creeks. You can explore with the golf cart and venture to the community pool or marina.

-You will get around the neighborhood on your complimentary 6 seater golf cart

-The driveway can fit two trucks or 4 small cars. There is one additional car space in the garage. Also, the boat parking area for the neighborhood is behind the home, but is not available for guest use. There is a fenced in backyard but there may be

The house was great. Seemed bigger than the pictures showed which was a pleasant surprise. The neighborhood is great. We brought our boat and the kids enjoyed the pools. With the golf cart it was very easy to get to the pool and marina. An excellent perk. Would stay here again.

Perfect weekend

Had a great quick getaway with friends and family. Love this neighborhood and the house was a great fit for us! Close to the marina and pools. Will definitely be back!

We had a great week in the Lakeside Retreat. Our party included 6 adults and three children under the age of three. The unit was super clean and well furnished with everything we needed for the week. The large, shaded, screened in porch was a safe place for the kids to play as was the fenced in backyard. We enjoyed using the golf cart as transportation to three swimming pools in the complex and to some great meals at the marina. We made some easy day trips including the Tennessee Aquarium in Chattanooga, a Rocket City Trash Pandas baseball game in Huntsville AL, and the George Dickell bourbon distillery in Tullahoma TN. The owners were responsive and helpful before and during our visit.
