Beautiful newly constructed 5 bedroom modern farmhouse home in gated community w/ 6 seater golf cart and 3 community pools. Each floor boasts it's own primary bedroom. Located in highly desired Twin Creeks Village you will have easy access to marina, beach area ,3 pools and over 2800sq ft to relax and unwind in. There is also a large screened in porch with TV and outdoor fire pit to enjoy!

A Great spot and beautiful home

We got to enjoy this great home in the midst of a crazy season. The home was clean and well prepared. Check in was easy with the electronic locks. The back veranda was a fantastic place to relax at the end of a day. Thanks for a great refuge

The farmhouse was absolutely perfect for our group consisting of 3 couples and our collective 6 children. It would be perfect for any group looking for a getaway, but particularly this space was great for young kids. The house is spacious, has plenty of rooms, and the screened in porch and back yard were great spaces for play. The golf cart was a huge plus for traveling to the different pools close by, the marina, or lake. It was nice not having to load up the cars with kids and bags multiple times a day. Safe neighborhood and a lovely community with groceries, restaurants, and playgrounds nearby. All in all the owners were wonderful and have definitely made this space a place where families with young kids can enjoy the house and surrounding community without any worries. Would definitely stay here again!

Family reunion

The property was clean and convenient for our stay. Liked the various beds and bedrooms for our family of 13. The two masters had firm mattresses which we loved. There were games available which our grandchildren really liked

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed the property. We had 8 adults and 6 young children. There was plenty of room for all of us. The kids really liked the play room off of the bunk bed room. There was pretty much everything you need. The coffee things and s'more making ingredients as well as the stuff to make a fire for them was a really nice touch.

Perfect Get Away!

This was a PERFECT place for our small family reunion. The house is absolutely beautiful and spacious, and this gated community has 3 pools, a lakefront beach and a marina with a delicious restaurant! The 6 person golf cart made it so easy to explore and visit each of these amazing amenities. The small town of Winchester has fast food, grocery stores, a wonderful children's park(Adventure Mountain) and some fun museums that make for great daily adventures.

Family vacation

We chose to vacation at the lake instead of the ocean this year. We all had a wonderful time! The house was very spacious, well stocked and clean. Definitely worth a repeat visit soon.

Wonderful stay in Winchester

Have a wonderful stay at the beautiful house in Winchester. The host was very responsive, and we had no issues while we were there. Location is great, as we were a short golf cart ride away from Twin Creeks marina, and only a few blocks away from the community pool.

Amazing stay by the lake

This house is so wonderful and has it all to have a fun weekend. We had a group of adults stay for a wedding here and all of us had great night sleeps and there were plenty of activities to do in the down time. The host was also amazing and extremely communicative through the whole check in process. We had a blast and said we would come back here again. 10/10 for sure!

Amazing stsy

Our group of 8 (4 adults, 3 teens and a 7 year old) had an amazing Memorial Day weekend. The house was very clean and in a great location. We loved the screened patio with the private back yard. Using the golf cart to get to the pool and marina was so much fun and our youngest really enjoyed the pop-a-shot game. We found the kitchen very well supplied and we spent every night around the fire pit. Our contact Nicole was very responsive, we will definitely be back!

Beautiful home away from home!

Our family rented this property for the weekend as we were attending a nearby wedding on the lake. The home is beautiful and very well appointed (everything you could need for cooking etc was provided).we have a very large family and we had tons of room. We will be back!

Perfect Christmas Gift!

This property was the perfect accommodation for our family. We came to Tennessee, from Texas, to meet a sibling that (for 43 years), never knew existed! The week was full of tears and laughs and this home was the most perfect spot for us to cook, have a fireplace fire, a fire pit fire, and lounge around. Excellent WIFI, TV, gaming for the kiddos, host perks left for guests, and an overall CLEAN SPACE!!! Communication with our property owner cannot be overstated enough. SO responsive and caring. Honestly we would not have changed one. single. thing. Owner recommendations for food were on point and we just had the best time! We will definitely be back! 😍
