“Room smelled like old smoke, there was a hole punched in the back of the bathroom door, and three days into my stay we caught a live bed bug on a pillow. After bringing it to the front desk, Tyler panicked and shut down the whole block of rooms. We relocated to a hotel 30 minutes away. Now the hotel manager refuses to refund my charges and Expedia is holding my full prepaid amount to the “cancellation policy”. I was offered a refund when I left but because it was booked and prepaid via Expedia...

Adam is an impeccable host and his apartment in Winchester has everything you need. It is clean, spacious and conveniently located...there are some nice eating places within easy walking distance. We will return!”

“I definitely give this property 5 gold stars in all categories. It was EXACTLY as advertised with the owner taking care to provide little 'extras' on top of that in the form of snacks, coffee, etc... The electric awning is not even mentioned, but it makes a nice outside sitting area with the provided picnic table. The tiny camper is perfect for a night or a few for 1-2 people. Very clean, great communication and all the things you would want.”
