“Everything about our trip was lovely. Except the room we were given. Our room 17 located at the back of the building above the kitchen. The noise of the air con units from the kitchen started work about 4am. There was no air con in the room and it was extremely warm in there. We couldn’t open the windows because of the noise. Phylis Court is a lovely place to stay if you don’t have this type of room. The service is above and beyond the location is delightful and so near the town ”

“Great welcome from Martin on arrival and he cooked and served an excellent breakfast the following morning. My room was comfortable, clean and had everything I needed, but there is a noisy pump to give sufficient water pressure for all the showers, which annoyed me and woke me up - however you do get a very powerful shower!”

“No fuss entry system for main door and room. Come and go as you pleased, very large lovely room no hassle.”

“Well heating in my room did not work. The room was a bit chilly late at night. And the water was not hot enough. It would be nice to have a few more plugs in the room for charger and laptop. I only saw 2 one for the light and 1 for the kettle”

“Perfect location as we were working in Bracknell. Very near to the amenities for food and drink (5 min walk). Nice and comfortable, quiet with good parking and more relaxing than a hotel room plus very good value for money”

“Lovely stay for a weekend, can imagine in the Summer how enjoyable it must be. Lots of animals to feed, check-in basket is super cute, attention to detail leaving us easter eggs (we went on Easter) in the property and by the hen eggs too! Can’t wait to return this time with friends and their kids.”
