Baita del Lake District

Casetta di legno eccezionalmente privata riscaldata centralmente con bosco a 3 lati e non trascurato. Situato nel parco vacanze a 5 stelle di White Cross Bay, il nostro lodge si trova in una posizione incantevole con vista sui boschi dove si possono vedere uccelli e cervi. White Cross Bay ha molte attrazioni per i visitatori ed è situato sul lato del lago Windermere con un bellissimo porto turistico dove è disponibile il varo. Hai la possibilità di utilizzare tutte le strutture come piscina e spa, palestra, campo sportivo all'aperto. Parco giochi per bambini, club per bambini, bar e ristorante oppure puoi semplicemente rilassarti e rilassarti nella quiete della capanna di tronchi che ha una zona avvolgente del piano di calpestio con un grande tavolo e sedie insieme a un divano tutto non trascurato. Ci sono passeggiate dal sito e il Centro visitatori di Brockhole è raggiungibile a piedi, dove è disponibile il Treetop Trek insieme a strutture più piccole per i visitatori più giovani. Le barche per Ambleside, Windermere e tutti gli escursionisti si fermano, incluso il castello di Wray, a Brockhole, in modo da poter raggiungere l'intero lago Windermere senza dover prendere la macchina.

La nostra Lounge è molto ben arredata con tutti i mobili coordinati e ha 2 divani e un moderno accogliente caminetto a parete, c'è una TV da 32 ", un lettore DVD, Hi Fi, una piattaforma pod e abbiamo prese di ricarica USB per la vostra convenienza. Ci sono porte francesi che conducono direttamente sull'area del decking, ideale per cenare all'aperto.

La sala da pranzo ha un grande tavolo da pranzo a 6 posti con sedie ed è l'ideale per la famiglia per gustare i pasti insieme.

La nostra moderna cucina attrezzata si affaccia su boschi da tutti i lati e dispone di tutti i servizi necessari per una vacanza da casa mentre si guarda l'alimentazione degli uccelli. C'è un forno, piano cottura, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, frigorifero / congelatore, forno a microonde, tostapane e bollitore.

La camera da letto principale con letto king size si affaccia sui boschi e dispone di bagno privato con cabina doccia, armadi a muro e comodini.

La seconda camera da letto che guarda in lontananza verso Scafell Pike ha una zip king size e un letto a scomparsa che consente di utilizzare la camera come camera doppia o matrimoniale. c'è un armadio a muro.

La terza camera da letto con vista sui boschi ha letti a castello full size, quindi è l'ideale per bambini e adulti.

Il bagno principale ha una vasca idromassaggio angolare e doccia, molti ospiti hanno commentato quanto sia bello avere una vasca idromassaggio dopo una passeggiata nel Lake District.

Vi è un ampio parcheggio in 3 aree di parcheggio fuori dal lodge.

Siamo spiacenti ma gli animali non sono ammessi al lodge a causa di allergie familiari.

We had a great weekend to celebrate my partners birthday with the kids, julie was easy to cumunicate with and went above and beyond to decorate the place for our arrival with flowers n banners, the kids looved it and so did we, so clean and tidy its made great pics for our memories, thank u so much for everything we all didnt wanna leave xx

Good base from which to explore the lakes. The accommodation was compact but perfectly fine for a few days. There is a problem with damp I believe and this impacted our clothes and the smell. Due to my daughter being asthmatic, we wouldn’t return for this reason.

The location is beautiful and very peaceful. There were some issues with the boiler and jacuzzi bath which were not ideal, but the owner Julie was prompt to help and rectify these issues so it didn’t spoil our stay. Lodge was clean and tidy and it was nice that it was detached. We would definitely stay here again.

Just what we were looking for. Clean, cosy and warm. Comfy beds and powerful shower. Some lovely touches made our arrival very welcoming. Peaceful and quiet as the cabin is on the edge of the park flanked by trees. We loved watching the birds on the bird feeder. The park facilities were very good too. Warm, cozy yet spacious cabin in a beautiful quiet setting within White Cross Bay holiday park. Lovely to see and hear the birds singing each morning on the feeder outside the patio doors. Booking was easy and Julie gave clear instructions for check in and check out. All linen and towels provided, it really feels like a home from home. Would definitely stay here again.

Such a peaceful location nestled amongst the trees a stones throw for the edge of the lake. The bedrooms are very snug but cosy and comfortable. The open plan living area is lovely and the wraparound deck gets the sun into the late afternoon. Prefect for forest bathing!
