Watched the animals feeding, tried to enter under the pasture fence to join donkey and horse and chased chickens! Trails were great. Near encounter with a porcupine. “Stayed with family (adults + babies + dog) for 4 nights and had a great time. The house is very large with lots of room to spread out. The living room area is super comfortable. Location is quiet and a 30 min drive from some bigger/busier towns like Woodstock. There are endless books!! Hosts are responsive and accommodating. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back for future getaways.”

“We are regulars at this beautiful rural rental, which has become our monthly reset button. But we had no idea these sweet owners just installed an infrared sauna. What? We loved trying out this new wellness option on Valentine's Day. I may even prefer it to the steam sauna at the gym. We didn't need a reason to return but now we have one! 10/10 we'll be back.”

“The house is beautifully decorated and has so much charm. Love the artist themed bedrooms. The kitchen is huge and we had lots of room to cook Thanksgiving dinner. The Alexa was a great touch for music! The property is very large and the area very quite. Matt was quick to respond to all questions and requests. We had a great time!!”

It is very conveniently located for those that like to take advantage of skiing between Hunter and Windham mountains.
