Breathtaking Design, Newly Constructed Farmhouse with Wooded Views in Windham NY. Set on 320 private acres in Windham, each Farmhouse is brand-new construction! Modern design offers the perfect blend of beauty and peace of the mountains, and the luxurious comforts of home. Home features 4 bedrooms: 2 with king beds and 2 with two twin beds each that can be combined to form 2 additional kings. Each bedroom has full ensuite bathrooms with large showers. Brand-new high-end appliances, fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, Pella windows. Enjoy the convenience of radiant floor heating and WiFi. Large living room with vaulted ceilings and fireplace provides the perfect spot for family and friends to relax in comfort. Sliding doors lead to private patio area.

Included Amenities: on-premises private miles of groomed hiking trails; pond with gazebo; access to our on-premise luxury barn with game room and beautiful gathering area.

Convenient to Ski Windham, golf, restaurants and local attractions. Enjoy all-season beauty and comfort with your family and friends in your private luxury mountain retreat. Amazing home

We had an amazing time in this magnificent, beautiful home. Our family books ski trips throughout the northeast twice a year as a group of 10 for the past 10 years. This house has by far ranked #1 as the best house we have stayed in. 10 minutes away from the mountain (Windham). 4 large sized bedrooms each with their own large bathrooms. A beautiful dream kitchen with all the essentials. We did plenty of cooking. We loved the open layout of the home. We will definitely be back for sure.
