Bella campagna Impostazione w Grande ponte e grande buca per il fuoco attraverso il nostro ponte accanto a un meraviglioso flusso w 6 cedri sedie Adirondack che circondano il nostro focolare. Goditi uno dei nostri servizi più nuovi, un divertente gioco di bocce proprio accanto al nostro focolare.
Cucina moderna ultra spaziosa, soggiorno confortevole con TV a schermo piatto, DVD, WiFi, DIRECTV, HBO, affascinante stufa a pellet, pianoforte per suonatori d'epoca del 1906. 2 persone doccia per il relax dopo un'escursione o sciare. Grande ponte, con barbecue, con ruscello dietro casa. . Un assortimento di giochi da tavolo, scarpe da cavallo. Svegliati con i cervi nel cortile o attraversa la strada per vedere i bellissimi cavalli o pecore. Un breve tragitto in auto per una bella passeggiata, o pista di sci di fondo con una splendida vista. Ottima posizione per escursioni o una giornata di relax sul campo da golf. Fodera zip a 15 minuti, oppure rilassati e goditi un film al cinema a 3 schermi proprio in città. Zoom Flume water park a 8 minuti in auto.

Un breve tragitto in auto per Main St in città 2. 1 miglia e 3. 4 miglia a Ski Windham, e Hunter Mtn Ski area 15 minuti in auto.

A 12 minuti di macchina da CD lane park che ha fronte mare su un lago. Inoltre, a 25 minuti di macchina da North Lake e South Lake ci sono bellissimi laghi grandi per sdraiarsi sulla spiaggia, o noleggiare un kayak o portarsi da casa. Inoltre, alcuni panorami mozzafiato sulla splendida vista a 5 stati sul sito storico di Catskill Mountain House e Boulder Rock, e visita alla cascata d'acqua Kaaterskill si affacciano o prendono una bella escursione dal fondo delle cascate al punto di ispirazione. Inoltre abbiamo una vasta selezione di ottimi ristoranti in città e nella zona. Un breve viaggio di 40 minuti vi porterà alla bellissima città storica di Hudson. La città ha molti ottimi ristoranti e un carattere straordinario insieme a molti negozi di antiquariato interessanti e altro ancora.

Ray was an excellent host. He was friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. The space was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. He even left us a bottle of wine, which was a thoughtful touch and delicious. We’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend his place to anyone visiting the area.

Amazing location

We loved the property the little patio by the brook was my favorite part. There is also an expansive deck and yard as well. Interior of the house was spotless. Ray was a fabulous host will be back again this was our second trip there!

Great Place

This property was everything that it was advertised to be. The location just minutes away from Hunter and Windham Mountains was perfect. The property itself was beautiful with numerous fire pits and Solo Stoves all over the place. The stream that runs past added to the overall relaxed feel. Everything was a breeze, and we had a great friends getaway.

Lovely house

We went up to Windham for a wedding. The house was a great place to stay and hang out, instead of sitting in a hotel room staring at the walls and waiting for the wedding. We sat out on the deck, socialized with other family members and got dressed leisurely. Ray is a wonderful host and had tons of suggestions for meals and activities

Great family break

We had a wonderful stay. The house is well arranged with lots of outdoor places to relax around a fire and a nice large family room. It has everything you need. The location can’t be beat, with the private yard on the stream right out back, but it’s still only five minutes to town. Ray was a great host with excellent recommendations.

Great Rental

From start to finish, this rental was perfect for our annual girls hiking weekend. Great amenities with multiple outdoor locations to relax. Very clean and tidy, great living area to relax in mornings and evenings. Property owner was extremely friendly and personally walked through the property to show us all the great things the home has to offer. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location & wonderfully cozy home

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home for our quick getaway! The house was clean, kid friendly, had an espresso machines for the adults (huge plus), and the truly cozy. We’ve been visiting Windham annually for 8 years and this is far & away our favorite home away from home so far. Can’t speak highly enough of our experience. Hopefully we’ll be back next year - as long as we book in advance!

Awesome Stay

The pictures didn't do it justice. The place was so nice and cozy. It was so inviting and comfortable to hang out with my family for the Thanksgiving weekend. Ray was so super nice and very attentive to all of my questions even before we stayed at the place. He met us on the day we arrived and showed us around and gave us all the tricks of the house. His list of things to do in he area was also very helpful and informative. I'm so glad we stayed at this place. I would definitely stay here again when I decide to go skiing.

Charming Mountain Retreat - Great Experience

House is meticulously renovated and is extremely comfortable. The kitchen is fantastic and I got a lesson in espresso-making from our host, Ray. If you wonder about the level of detail clearly showing in the house, you will stop wondering as soon as you spend 5 minutes with Ray! Great host, checked in with us everyday to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here.... The Kings

Absolutely Amazing Stay

Beautiful house and grounds. Everything was squeaky clean. Felt very safe. There is an antique piano which my kids enjoyed playing. There is a river in the backyard, you can cross it using a small wooden bridge and use the campfire in the field, which is surrounded by forest. The view is beautiful.There is a tabletop fireplace on the back porch, which made evenings very enjoyable. Host is very friendly and accomodating. It was a pleasure staying here, I will definitely come again.

Family getaway

Really nice and quiet property. The stream in the back is a great place to just sit and relax. Listen to the running water, especially after it rains when the water level rises. Ray was very helpful.

Summer fun in the Catskills

The house and outside area is beautiful! We enjoyed sitting by the babbling creek out back and played bocce ball while we had a fire going in the fire pit. The house is within an hour of many of the attractions in the area. Ray is an excellent host and very attentive. We enjoyed our stay!

My family and I enjoyed a great stay before our daughter’s wedding. The home was comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. The owner was very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

We have been talking about this girls trip for years and finally did it! This house was great! The outside space was worth it!!! From the creek to the fire pit and the hot tub! We lived out stay and Ray was great at check in and easily available during our stay!

New York Thanksgiving Getaway Success

We had a lovely time away over Thanksgiving! We mainly choose this house for the kitchen - cooking thanksgiving meal in a strange kitchen was scary for us but this place had everything!! We did not need a single thing. The tv on the kitchen was pretty cool too as we watched the parade and football while getting ready. The hot tub was a very nice bonus and used a lot by us all. While the bedrooms were a little small - the beds were *so* comfortable as soon as we laid down it didn’t matter! The owner was very helpful in recommendations around the area (the little petting zoo up the road was such a cool spot we could walk to!) and was very responsive to any questions we had. Overall very happy with our stay!!
