The modest amount that I paid included afternoon tea (with cake!) and a tasty dinner and breakfast (which I missed because of my early flight). The place was peaceful and pretty and the service exemplary.”

“The staff was incredible and the facility was inviting. The food served at breakfast and dinner was superior to any restaurant in which we could have dined. A wonderful overall experience.”

“I was bumped over to Movenpick, the sister hotel to Mercure on the shared property. Rooms at Movenpick have been redone and are nicely fitted out. The gym is awesome. The pool and pool area also awesome. There’s a coffee and pastry shop— excellent. And a nice restaurant whose primary fault is that there are only two fish dishes: Norwegian salmon and prawns. There’s a pizza place located within Mercure.”

“The room was really nice. I arrived fairly late in the evening and the owner was there waiting for my arrival. I didn't do much, just needed a dinner, so the owner dropped me off at an area where i can eat. Early the next morning I left for a 4 day tour. My only problem was that there was no hot water for showering....waited 10 mins and it never got hot, just cold water.”
