“Everybody was GREAT except a lady at the front desk named Rose Ann… My first night there, it was STRESSED by the staff (when we ordered food) that Uber Eats was not allowed to deliver to the guest rooms…( No worries) I was in the pool area the next day outside waiting for my food to be delivered and upon delivery (by a notification) I went to the desk and asked was there a delivery for me because Uber Eats had just delivered my order.. Rose Ann had no clue where my food was… I called the driver...

“The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The bar area was very nice, and the drinks were prepared well. One area that could use improvement is the breakfast seating, as there did not appear to be enough seating to comfortably accommodate the volume of guests during peak hours.
As an added touch to enhance the guest experience, I believe offering one complimentary drink per adult as part of the guest amenities would be a great addition.”

“Un posto davvero meraviglioso. Il più bello visto in tutto il giro della Florida che abbiamo fatto. Degli appartamenti indipendenti dotati davvero di ogni cosa, sia nella cucina che nel bagno, ed arredati con gusto. Delle zone esterne fronte mare con tavoli, sedie, sdraio, barbecue dove fare colazione, pranzo o cena con il mare a 20 metri.
