Clean house, good location
The house was a good fit for us and another adult couple. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare basic meals. The location is perfect for visiting wineries and other Sonoma County/ Dry Creek Valley sites. The owner responded quickly to all our questions.

Great location and very clean
The house was just as described. Had all the amenities we needed and the location was great for wine tasting in Calistoga and Healdsburg! Very clean and Mary Ann responded quickly to all my questions. Would definitely recommend!

Comfortable home and responsive host!

Windsor Wine Weekend
It has been 4 years since we last visited Wine Country. For 10 years we would visit in March and spend Spring Break among the vines. Since COVID, we prefer to reserve our accommodations through VRBO as you get nicer places to stay as compared to hotels. This house is a perfect example and we will definitely reserve it again on our next trip. We feel the size, location and quality of accommodation was exactly what we wanted for our trip. We also had a fun time with the putting green while we waited for our dinner reservations.

Great location!

Very comfortable
The property was very nice. The kitchen is well-equipped and has coffee and tea supplies. The putting green out back is fun. Other reviews had said there might be noise from the road behind the house, but we did not experience that. The house was perfectly quiet. We would stay here again.

Clean, convenient, and affordable
Two couples stayed the weekend for wine tasting. This home was convenient. It was clean and well-appointed (though we ate out every meal and didnt use any of it). The price was right, too!

Great house rental near wine country
We visited Sonoma county for a wedding and this was the perfect home base to operate from with a 1 year old and 3 year old. The house was well stocked and we lacked for nothing while we were there. The foothill regional park nearby is beautiful, highly recommended.

Wedding in CA
The perfect place for us. We attended a wedding in Santa Rosa so this was a great location for us. So much better than a hotel. The kitchen was stocked well. I had a little glitch the first night….I locked my phone in the place and all of the codes were on that phone. We figured out how to send Mary Ann a note. Thank goodness she was near her phone and helped us out! We really loved our stay there and used the back yard a few evenings.

Wine country home
The home was spacious, clean and comfortable. Perfect location for visiting the many nearby wineries. The nearby park was a bonus! We enjoyed a nice 2 mile walk with great vistas in the morning before heading out to the wineries

Comfy cottage home in ideal locale
My grown daughters and I stayed here to be in close proximity to my niece's wedding at Villa Chanticleer. Our complaints include the following: no pot holders (we had to cook our ribs in the oven since there is no grill) and just a Keurig for coffee (we brought some special Kona ground coffee that we were unable to use and had to go to Safeway to purchase K-cups). Also, paper products lacking - no napkins or tissues and single-ply toilet paper provided. What we loved was the coziness and comfort of the beds and sofa as well as the location.

Caryn: I am happy you found my second home comfortable. Thank you for making me aware of the missing items. I will apologize for the lack of paper products & missing supplies. I have most supplies delivered on a set schedule. If my cleaning service doesn't notify me when supplies are low, I'm unaware what is lacking. Supplies are currently being replenished As for a BBQ or outdoor grill, my listing does not list that as an amenity. When you return to Sonoma County, I hope you consider my little home again. Everything here was just as described! Home is close to everything in a quiet neighborhood. Great communication with host. If you’re traveling to wine country, this home is a great alternative to the pricey hotels in the area.

Weekend getaway for performances.
Just the accomodations we needed. Busy concert weekend for San Francisco Choral Artists with concerts in SF Friday night and Sunday with a concert at The 222 in Healdsburg Saturday night. This house was perfect for a place to rest, relax and rejuvenate and save on driving to all over the Bay Area. The house was comfy, clean and roomy. Would definitely stay here again. Foothill Regional Park was a lovely bonus!

Great House and Location
We really enjoyed our stay at this comfortable and clean house in Windsor. The location was perfect for our long weekend that included riding in the Wine Country Century bike ride, wine tasting, and eating at some great restaurants in and around Windsor. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing home away from home!
Mary Ann's home is truly a wonderful gem. Right in the heart of Windsor, close to stores, restaurants and wineries. We had a wonderful during our DryCreek Valley pasaaport weekend, and rested once we got to the house. The home is immaculate and clean. Convenient cottage in a nice neighborhood
We might have needed a better equipped kitchen if we wanted to cook here, but we ate out at the fabulous restaurants in Healdsburg and enjoyed the location instead of cooking. We liked the safe and quiet neighborhood.

Jahnke family get away
This property was clean, comfortable and convenient. My wife and our son were running in the Lake Sonoma half-marathon and 50 mile trail race that weekend, so we needed someplace in the area for all 5 of us. The Windsor area is where we stayed last year, but needed more space than hotel property gave us. We all enjoyed the house with its space and cute back yard. Very quiet neighborhood and easy access to Windsor and Healdsburg. Thanks again for this opportunity. Will certainly consider it for next year's race weekend!

Fantastic Wine Country Stay
Veery clean and comfortable house in a great location. Three of us stayed here for a mid-week wine country getaway. The house provided everything we needed and more. It has a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable living/sitting area, and three bedrooms. We didn't get to use the back yard as the weather was too cold and rainy. It was nice to come into a place that is so clean and welcoming. We felt instantly comfortable. The location is a 5 minute drive to Windsor Town Green, and about 10 minutes to Healdsburg Plaza, so we had plenty of choices for meals and wine tasting.

Repeat Stay
This property works well for us when we visit our family in Windsor. It’s cozy, comfortable and clean. Quiet neighborhood, though it does back up to a sometimes busy road. Mary Ann is very easy to deal with. Pretty sure we’ll be back in 2023!

Fabulous getaway in Russian River Valley area!
This house was absolutely amazing. The pictures do not do it justice - it was incredibly well stocked with cooking supplies, impeccably cleaned, and just perfect for a getaway with sisters and mom. The house is close to any number of wineries, as well as Healdsburg where you can explore any number of places to eat and shop. Mary Ann was a wonderful host, responsive to any questions, and incredibly gracious. I hope we can return soon!!

Really Excellent Vacation Home
We found the house to be very well put together and very well maintained. The furnishings were nice, not cheap. The layout is great for visiting and hanging out. Our host was easy to reach and very helpful in the days leading up to our stay. The putting green in the back yard is a quirky bonus -- we actually enjoyed using it. The neighborhood is quiet, parking is easy. It's in a central location for going on excursions around the region. Really a first-rate rental experience. Thank you!

This was a lovely place to stay for a Healdsburg wedding
This house was well equipped and very comfortable. The neighborhood is great for walking, and it's just around the corner from Foothill Regional park. We were able to walk to dinner one night and to the market. The area is beautiful and we enjoyed nearby wineries. The putting course was a fun addition, too, once our grown kids arrived for the wedding.

Great for Us
As former Windsor residents with family still in town this rental worked great for us. The grandkids stayed over one night and had plenty of room. Comfortable king in the main, a cozy living room, spacious dining area and a quiet street. We use a noise machine and earplugs to sleep so any traffic noise on the street behind was very low. Keurig - so don’t buy ground coffee before check-in like we did! A few kitchen items could be updated or changed but all in all everything was good. We’ll be back!

Wedding Weekend
This house was perfect for our needs. It was well appointed with everything we needed. Since it was a wedding, other family members came by visit and to decompress. It’s location turned out to be perfect. Our wedding experience was made even better by the location and the amenities provided. The putting green was the icing on the cake.
