“I was really disappointed with my experience. I requested a balcony with a view, only to end up overlooking a parking lot. The customer service throughout my stay felt dismissive and unhelpful. The restaurant accommodations were also inconvenient. The buffet-style breakfast was only available during limited kitchen hours, and if I arrived early, the only option was the bar area, which I did not have access to. “Wonderful house for our family Christmas vacation! The host was terrific. She checked in multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed and were not having any problems. She decorated the house beautifully for us …. both inside and out. Large kitchen table for the family to eat at and play games. Duraflame logs were provided for us to enjoy the fireplace. Everything was clean and nice bedroom linens. Good location. Overall, a great place to stay. We would stay here again if ever back in...

“The AC was great. The mattresses seemed new and comfortable. The outlet in the bathroom did not work so had to dry our hair in the entry way. There were some small ants seeming to come in from by the window and under the fridge by the desk. The breakfast was a poor selection and poor choices. Only Trix for cereal. We left and went elsewhere to eat and get coffee. ”
