“No breakfast. The room I booked was for 2 queens and I was given 1 king. The staff said they were "completely booked and said it was Expedia's fault. I was with my adult son. We made it work, but it was not what I booked. The carpet was filthy in the rooms and hallway. ”

“It was my husband and I's 25th anniversary, so we decided to spend one night in Fort Collins. The front desk agent, Cheryl was extremely helpful with giving us the best venues to celebrate our anniversary. My husband and I both appreciated Cheryl for taking the time out to help us. She was a true professional at her job and very personable. When I am traveling to Fort Collins for personal and business, I will stay there again. Thank You Cheryl!”
