“The restaurant/ bar served excellent food.
Only problem was there was no hot water for showers/bath for 3 days during my stay.
I let them know when I was checking out and they eventually gave me a discount, but only after a lengthy conversation.
They questioned me as to why I hadn’t reported it. I explained that I didn’t because a man was working on it outside my room and told me it would be fixed that day so I obviously assumed they knew about it !”

“Upon arrival, there was a mixup with the reservation we made through Expedia. The staff member wasn’t too understanding of our position as clients. It wasn’t our fault about expedias short coming communicating with the hotel. We were made to feel like we were at fault, unjustly. We understand that an employees experience dealing with various situations comes with time. Hopefully this constructive criticism will assist for training purposes.
