“Buona posizione per l'Indiana Dune NP Struttura molto basic con prezzo alto per i servizi. Letto scomodo e mancava il sapone nella doccia.”

“My sister and I lost power due to a tornado last Thursday so we got a room at Tru. It was our first time staying there but it won’t be our last. This hotel was simply amazing. The staff was very helpful and nice. The front desk even gave us a tour before we got our room. The pool was nice and surprisingly quiet, and the breakfast was very delicious! I definitely recommend this hotel to any and everyone!”

“The property is semi clean. Most of the guests are residents or extended stay. The room I was given was updated, although the bathroom still needs remodeling. Overall I stayed here for 10 days to wait for a new tractor in IL. I did not like that the owner did not let me extend through expedia and forced me to pay directly with them and charged more. Even with the renovated rooms the motel still needs tremendous work and the area is bad and not very convenient. The ubers are very expensive due...

“I was very disappointed in my stay at Sonesta. The night my daughter and I made it to the hotel, after traveling into town, the person at the front desk was not pleasant as I checked into the room. Once we made it to the hotel, our bed seemed clean and inviting and the air conditioner worked well. Those are about the only complements I can provide. The facilities in the room were not clean. “The service was terrible. When checking in there was only one staff member and there was a line. There was also a misunderstanding with my reservation as I had booked 3 rooms but staff could only find 1. The bedsheets were not clean and when I tried calling the lobby to complain no one was answering. ”

“We chose this hotel because they have a pool. My teen daughter took 1 look at the debris and bugs floating in it and said no way. The pillows are small and lumpy. But this room single handedly made me realize just how done with hotels I am after this trip. The only curtain covering the window is a sheer white curtain. “The property was clean and decorated nicely with antiques, etc and sat on a nice area with trees and pretty views. The staff was ok, though not overly friendly compared to other places we have stayed. We liked that coffee was available 24/7. There is not an elevator so if you have heavy bags, you will want to stay on the main floor.”
