“The facility is well kept and clean. However, my daughter was also staying at the hotel and her room smelled musty. It was on the first level. She didn’t want to say anything because she was traveling with her 2 daughters and did t want to disrupt them. I requested her to say something. Other than that, the stay was most enjoyable. Breakfast choices were also good.”

“Whaler should focus on their core competencies: running a pub. The hotel side is mediocre. I would not stay there again: I checked out early because it did not meet my expectations.”

“Nothing was open this weekend at the hotel and it was Memorial Day weekend. The ice cream store, pizza store, checking in took a lot of time as I did a room upgrade and checking out was worse. Computers were not working correct o got charged 4 times for room upgrade. Wouldn’t stay again!”
