“We had our small dog with us so we were in a pet friendly room. Upon arrival our dog noticed via her nose, a wet spot in front of the sink across from the closet. I did take tissue and soak up. What was there it looked like pet urine. I didn’t say anything to staff, but hope that housekeeping could check just a little bit better. The room was clean. The bathroom was spotless. We loved the showerhead. There was an obvious repair in the headboard. I understand needing to repair rather than replace...

“Room quality was better than i expect from a motel in that price range. AC and fridge were recent and the layout of the room is convenient. Friendly greeting even at 1am. Easy parking. Nothing wrong to report. Would book again!”

“I was very happy with my stay here. The people running this establishment were very friendly and obviously put a lot of effort into keeping the property clean and the environment enjoyable. The only issues that I experienced, were the remote for the cable and TV did not communicate properly with the TV. Had to actually get up and walk to it to adjust the volume or the power button. (I knew that I should have brought a child with me. Lol.) And it's an older building and it had limited outlets...

“The hotel looked nice and had good reviews, but upon entering our room, we were very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness. The carpet was dirty, the pull out couch was stained and beyond gross. The layout of the room was awesome, it was quite large, but the sofa bed mattress pretty much felt like springs covered in a thin blanket. Those of us that slept on the couch were miserable, but the beds were much more comfortable. Cleanliness is very important and we expected more. The breakfast...

“The room was not entirely clean. The floors were swept and surfaces appeared wiped down, but the whole room smelled of chlorine so badly that I had to leave the windows open for a few hours to clear it out. I paid for two king bed suites on the second floor and I was given two queen bed rooms on the lower floor. There was hair on the bathtub floor and on the bed sheets. Lots of better places to stay in winnemucca. ”
