Casa arredata situata a Scotia Heights, a 5 km. o 15 minuti di corsa da / per il centro. Quartiere sicuro e bello ombreggiato da grandi alberi. Accesso dalla strada o dalla corsia posteriore. Parcheggio per tre auto. Vicini tranquilli e amichevoli. Fare la spesa a pochi passi (2 isolati, 1 grande negozio di alimentari e 1 negozio al dettaglio, 7/11, Farmacia). Pista ciclabile panoramica per due parchi cittadini con piscina pubblica all'aperto e per il centro (15-20 minuti).
All'interno recentemente ristrutturato dal soffitto ai piani. Lavanderia al primo piano. La cucina ha tutto per fare colazione e cucinare la cena su elettrodomestici abbastanza nuovi. AC su entrambi i piani. Lenzuola e asciugamani forniti per un massimo di 10 persone. 4 camere da letto al secondo piano. Divano in pelle e divanetto in soggiorno. Letti: 1 matrimoniale, 1 matrimoniale, 2 doppie, 1 futon, 1 lettino, 1 materasso ad aria 1dbl di altezza letto.
L'acqua calda è abbastanza calda. Impianto idraulico aggiornato: nessuna acqua arrugginita, scarichi bene. Wifi gratis. Ulteriori articoli disponibili su richiesta.
L'umile gatto di famiglia a pelo corto Gopher vive nel seminterrato, ha i propri servizi e un ingresso separato all'esterno per le passeggiate di guardia. Il suo accesso allo spazio di noleggio controllato dalla porta del seminterrato. Frequenta regolarmente il veterinario e riceve la manutenzione della pelliccia ogni due settimane. Gli amanti dei gatti possono godere della sua compagnia (ama le persone), gli altri possono tenere la porta chiusa con notifica al proprietario.
Sono benvenute persone di ogni provenienza.

This is definitely an old character home. Beautiful with creeky floors. The heat was hit and miss...the back bathroom was freezing cold in the morning. There was only 1 full bath and 1 half bath we thought there was 2 full baths. We could not have a shower since there was something wrong with the valve and the owner new that when we contacted him. Later we find out that there was another bathroom in the basement and the loft which we had no access too. The backyard had large snowbanks so there was not a whole lot of room for the dogs. It was so icy back there and the steps off the deck were pretty run down. Sheets on the beds were clean but the towels smelled like they havent been washed in awhile. The whole place needs a good dusting in my opinion. Maybe a deep clean in the near future. It was nice that there were the 4 bedrooms but there is only 1 queen, 1 double with twin bunk and then 2 other twin beds in other rooms. We asked for a discount for not being able to shower and he offered us a free night stay for next time but not sure if that will happen.

The house is a beautifully big size for a group or families. We had an incredibly easy time finding the amenities in the house, Tony had everything well labeled and organized. He was unbelievably prompt with answering our questions at any time of day. There was plenty of bedding, towels, toilet paper, paper towel, cleaning supplies and tools. We loved the option of using a washing machine. The house was a comfortable temperature and had lots of great comfy furniture. Gopher was an adorable addition. The only thing we had to figure out was parking - the street parking fills up so at times we had to walk a block with our kids, but it was so minor, honestly, we have zero complaints! Highly recommend.

Tony is a most kind host when I did something stupid Like forget a code or some other such basic requirement. Home is what it was for me . Clean , super comfortable beds ! Soft sheets , plenty of kitchen amenities as well . I would live here if I could afford it Gopher was not welcomed calmly by my dog sadly . So only visits I had was middle of the night if I went to the living room and left the wildabeast in his kennel . He is so lovely and chirps and chats

This is a fantastic older house with lots of character. When you are driving north on Main Street you might get nervous at the individuals outside on the street but don't worry where the house is a quiet street. Very clean house with an adorable cat Gopher who loves people and treats. Highly recommended

What a nice property! The beds were comfortable. The house is spacious and was stocked with everything we needed. A big bonus is the washer & dryer that is available for use. I loved the deck as well. The cat is ADORABLE! We will definitely be stayed here again!!

My 3 granddaughters,ages 17-26, and I totally enjoyed the fact we each had our own rooms and great gathering/play space. We were so happy a deck of cards were there and we had such fun! The parking was a bit of a challenge but luckily my granddaughters are adept at figuring out workable solutions. Since I'm on a fixed budget and they are college students, the price was right for our budget. The host has a great sense of humor judging by his clever labeling, even trees got special attention. Thanks Tony, a delightful 3 days!

Historic house with many neat features, fairly well maintained. Stairs to second floor where rooms are could be a challenge if mobility issues. Kitchen well stocked, as well as bathrooms and laundry room. Front and back yards are fenced but could not let my young dog unleashed as to many hazards. Very nice neighborhood with mature trees and streets to walk. Parking at the door. Host is A+ with communication.

Weekend getaway

Property was as described and it felt like home away from home. Great character, very spacious. Comfortable beds. It was crazy hot the weekend we stayed and the AC worked like a charm. Highly recommend and we’ll be back again.

Got a Cozy Room

We just stayed at this place to sleep for 2 nights, and I can say that the room where we spent our nights was very cozy! Thumbs up for that! The only downside, I guess, was the bathroom shower, it was difficult to balance the hot and cold water or I should say you cannot balance it at all. So, I'm rating this 4 out of 5 stars!

Charming Turn of the Century Home

Cool house!

Great house with lots of charm in a good section of town. Stayed this past weekend and there was extreme cold warnings, but the house was warm and cozy with the fireplace. One side note: if you are allergic to cats, this is not a place for you. Gopher the cat, is cute and likes people and has free roam of the house. When I read reviews I thought it was just an outside cat.

Quiet Refuge

We found the house warm with the fireplace. All the mirrors made the spaces seem even bigger, and the style of the marbled and mirrored bathroom was so nice! I loved the cabin-like room upstairs with the windows all around and the wooden ceiling and walls.
