Everything spot on for this place! From location to comfort, cleanliness, privacy, peace and quiet, ease of communication with the host, Olujimi, fully stocked kitchen and very comfortable bed, bathroom complete with tub, also with convenient and effective laundry facilities, as well as driveway parking.

Our host Olujimi is a very kind man who waited up for us on our late arrival. It was very comforting and congenial of him to stay awake to make sure we could gain entry to our rental with no issues. Thank you Olujimi.Rental was clean, quiet, and most importantly safe. Olujimi is very thoughtful too, he even had a cord outside for us to plug into, as it was -27C when we'd arrived.Olujimi is flexible and present if you're ever needing anything he's always quick to respond.I can't say enough good things about Olujimi.We'll see you next time we travel to Winnipeg.Thank you so very much for your hospitality.God bless you and your family.

Easy entry into the house. Cozy stay. Very quiet. Beds comfortable. Host was very pleasant and accommodating when asked for more towels. Small living room (couch and TV) but was fine for our purpose. Kitchen had most things we needed. FYI for coffee drinkers, no coffee machine. No toaster but everything else in kitchen was good. Host was attentive, o asking if we needed anything else. Great parking as was in the driveway.

Host was great, fast to correct anything we requested. Room was semi clean. Previous guests left bottles and food in fridge that were not cleaned out. We left these alone. Table top stove had food under it, as we found out when we put stove away for more counter space. We Did not notice in the pics, that there was absolutely nothing in the way of bed tables or dressers to place anything on, other than the floor in either room. Both beds were comfortable and clean. For a 4 person suite, there was only room for 3 to sit and relax after a busy day. Couch was comfortable for 3 not 4. The tv, kitchen dining area was extremely tiny. No where to sit and rest anything on. Even the floor was tight to place anything on it, without getting in the way of everyone. The bathroom was adequate, yet the sink was tiny, almost difficult to work out of. The tub worked fine, tho a bit tight for us bigger guests. The air conditioning listed, was not working completely properly, or not on, as the hosts, may not like it cool as we did. Minor detail, and they got the thermostat working shortly after noted. Our hosts were very pleasant when we saw or interacted with them. Nice people. Very fast to correct a few minor details. The area was nice, parking was adequate and we had no issues at all. Dollar for dollar, and all in all, we would stay at this location again. It was a good experience.

I cannot say enough great things about this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity I could possibly need — from fully stocked kitchen essentials to ultra-comfy bedding and laundry. The host was incredibly welcoming, very responsive, and thoughtful. Their warm hospitality made the stay feel extra special. The location was perfect — quiet and peaceful, yet just minutes away from great restaurants, shops, and attractions. I felt completely at home and would 100% stay here again without hesitation. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Had such a great time staying here! The place was super clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. It looked exactly like the photos (maybe even better in person), and the vibe was just really comfortable and relaxing. The host was awesome—super friendly, easy to communicate with, and the warm hospitality was amazing. I felt really well taken care of the whole time. Location was super convenient too—close to everything but still nice and quiet. Honestly, I didn’t want to leave. I Would definitely stay here again!
