The highway surrounds the hotel so it’s noisy always and it’s right under the flight path. Close to the mall and good restaurants is a bonus.

Although the staff get 10/10 the property that has been undergoing renovations forever could use an upgrade. I used to stay at this property lots pre covid. The price was cheaper and it was under constant renovation. My room had dirty walls, dirty fixtures, and broken covers. I was only staying there because I had to drive 8 hours one way to put my dog down and needed a cheap place to sleep before driving 8 hours back. I don’t think the room was worth the price. The staff were friendly- I didn’t stay long enough to eat so I am not sure how anything else was

Rooms are out dates. Knobs on bathroom door didnt fit proper. Looked as if it was broke before and they made something else, half work. Hair was still in sink and on blow dryer. Toilet had a gross ring inside it that slowly faded with use and flushing. Was extremely loud in hallways all hours.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re not sure that you actually stayed at our hotel. Our rooms are exceptionally clean and the housekeeping does an amazing job cleaning. If you ever have issues with anything that doesn’t work in your room please address it to the front desk and we will rectify as soon s possible. If you don’t let us know we cannot fix the issue. Reading a review about this is too late to help now

Didn't stay there . Tried canceling room 3 days before check in due to a death in the Family. Apparently managment wouldn't allow it . I stayed there like probably over 50 times before and had canceled a couple times before without having problems .

No one contacted me or any other manager. So not sure who you actually spoke with. It is possible you booked with a no refund policy so that is something you need to speak to your 3rd party site that you booked with. Regardless who you are or how many times you have stayed, we would have done something for you but again you didn’t book with the property!

Hotel is pretty dated, a few updates have been done but pretty rough around the edges, it was clean and served its purpose for a one night stay. We had a problem with our sink and they fixed it right away.

Husband has mobility issues and we had a long walk to get to our room. As well a lot of traffic noise kept us awake most of the night.

Check in staff had no personality . Not happy people . To many smokers . The place is but ugly to dark needs updated bad. Needs better maintenance. The manager we is at fault not doing his or her job . Greet guests with a smile and a welcome to viscount court . After giving the key , ask is there anything else I can help you with how hope enjoy your stay. Aldo no handouts , brochures about the area , attractions , restaurants clod by , nothing , zero . I’ve been all over the world , The viscount court is one of three of the worst I’ve stayed at . Does not give you a welcoming feeling , didn’t even mention the bar .

It was winter, so I wasn’t expecting to see much. Just there for a few days for my Aunt and Uncle 50th wedding vow renewal in the Ballroom. Hotel itself was ok. Bed comfortable. Complaint, I wasn’t able to shower, the day of the event. Water was not available due to water main break. But they did put out water stations for drinking water.

While the hotel was clean, the whole building smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The moment you walked in the lobby, the smell was quite noticeable. It was everywhere. Our room also smelled of it. When I checked in, the clerk at the desk literally said 3 words to me - “ID, credit card”, and then handed me my room cards.

The building is old, could use an upgrade in the decor, beds are old and could use an upgrade soon. The rooms are poorly and sparsely decorated. The cost of the room is high compared to value of the space. Positive: staff we accommodating and helpful, the Sunday Brunch in the restaurant was very good

Construction started early in the morning and no maintenance personal to fix the toilet we were giving a plunger to do it ourselves

We had rooms in the older part of the hotel it was very out dated rooms were clean but nothing special at all, we tried to call down to order phone and no one would answer , only the lounge was open had my daughter with me and she could not go in so I can not leave my child in to order. It’s very frustrating. Over it was not the worst hotel just not the best we have stayed at.
