“The A/C was loud and sounded like gravel scrapping. The door didn't fit the opening so I had flies in the room every night. The mirror had a large crack across the mirror right at eye level. Poor lighting in the room. Front desk woman was unfriendly and did only what was required to get her job done. I would not recommend it going to this place!”

“I really would love to give this hotel less ratings, but the staff upfront was nice but the people that came through there it was a nightmare almost every night there was people running up and down the hallway screaming no one doing anything about it one time till 2:30 in the morning. I also had other issues, but the staff upfront was nice but when we got back, we realize our watch was stolen from that hotel. “The air conditioning was ice cold, breakfast was good like any typical hotel bfast, the room cleaning crew was always ontop of it and there at the same time every day and the staff was wonderful. I will stay here again if I am in town. We were there for 6 nights.”

“If the Red Roof in Rockford Illinois ever closes, then this one would be the worst hotel in America. You smell pot everywhere. Gaps in the doors. The breakfast was thawed out waffles, old cereal and milk that I wouldn’t feed my dogs.”

“We enjoyed our stay. There was a mix up and we never received a code to open the gate. We arrived early but took quite a while to receive a call back. After we received the call all went smooth. Place is beautiful however did find small dog poop under island on wheels!”
