“My room was dirty. My sheets had cigarette holes and burns. My sheets and pillow cases were dirty looking.I woke up with Three bedbugs bite on my elbow. I then told management and they said we don't have bedbugs and walked off. No vinding machine. No restaurant within walking distance. Management walks straight in your room in the morning without knocking. And most of all the rooms is not worth asking price.”

“Staff was excellent, bed very comfortable. But why do housekeepers miss so much stuff in the bathroom??? Floor was dirty especially behind the door ”

“When I needed 3xtra trash bags, toilet paper and wash clothes I asked and they put it in my room while I was gone. Very friebdly staff. Off street parking.Breakfast was ok.”

“When I arrived the computer system was down but I had no problem getting my room. The hotel staff was pleasant and helpful in giving direction to a good restaurant. The room was awful...both towel bars in the bathroom were almost ripped off the wall. The non smoking room smelled like an old ashtray and there were cigarette burns on the sink and bed comforter. I needed to iron a shirt but the ironing board cover was torn up and held on to the board by a small strip of duct tape. There was mold in...
