“We walked into our room looked around and left. We checked into another hotel for the night. We have never done something like this before. The room wasn’t clean, the linens didn’t look clean and it didn’t appear to be a safe hotel to stay in. The hotel looked very different in person from the pictures online.”

“A very nice hotel and very clean. The front desk lady was very nice and helpful. We were traveling in a uhal so we were concerned about where to stay because of the truck getting broken into but everything was fine.”

“Wouldn’t let me check in at 3 pm, room wasn’t ready till after 5 pm! Elevators did not work. They had some sort of altercation in the back parking lot, illegals I’m assuming, none of them spoke English!”
