“It is a wonderful stop for a family traveling with pets. The staff is friendly and professional. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations. Our room was quiet, despite workmanship taking place. The fresh coffee on offer in the lobby was a bonus, as were the bottled waters.”

“We only stayed the one night as a stop over on a long leg of our Deep South road trip. The property was fine but out of the half a dozen Holiday Inn Express we are staying in this one didn’t just hold a deposit for extras. It actually took $20 which apparently it repays on departure. Several days on I still haven’t seen it return to my credit card. But what I don’t get is why it has to operate differently from its fellow hotels and any other on our trip and actually take a payment. Maybe IHG can...
