“No phones in room. No lamp in room. No chair in room. Broken blinds so no privacy. Was there six nights and had no maid service.”

“Walked into our cottage, when you see sheets covering living room furniture, there is at auto air freshener sticking out of the a/c vent, and one hanging in the closet, when you go in the bathroom the ceiling is covered in mold. Did have clean sheets and towels. One positive thing was water pressure and hot water. I will never stay again ”

“No continental breakfast, staff was late upon check in, it’s a 150$ deposit for an already dirty room. Multiple reasons for an uncomfortable stay. ”

“Everything was amazing the accessories were great. Location is right near a beautiful walking park that showcases Winter Haven. Host was very clear and detail orientated. The only suggestion is a softer/better mattress. The door/gate for the car is nice for protection but could be automatic for women solo travelers.”

“This is such a cozy 1 bedroom unit and the side yard was such a great bonus amenity.”
