Hotel LGBTQIA+ a Winter Haven

“Property is okay to stay. The room I resided in had a few broken items, such as the main bedroom t.v., telephone, and dishwasher. It was a long wait to get customer service support on personal phone. The bell hop was never at the desk. To receive service, I had to get the long line for checking into the hotel each time. This was my 3rd time staying at this resort, but this experience will make it my last.”

“There is an undisclosed upcharge ($75) for pets. I have no problem with paying a fee, but it should be clearly stated when pricing is shared. The hotel was great for our needs- clean, friendly and conveniently located for us. The breakfast was slightly different each day, with some form of eggs, make your own waffles, cereal, muffins, oatmeal, sausage of some sort, and various beverages. We enjoyed our stay and will use Hampton Inn in Plant City next time we visit. ”
