“Beautifully updated property. Great south downtown location away from the main tourists haunts. I would have loved to given an all five-star review, but there were minor and major deficiencies. I will start with the minor issues: hair present in the room and bathroom and minor mold present in bathroom. The king suite was extremely spacious and modernly adorned. A true five-star room. The major: both emergency exit stairwells were partially blocked with furniture, supplies, and junk at the ground...

“The hotel was ok, it served its purpose as far as a safe, clean place to spend the night. I was not impressed by the cafe attendant when I asked if it was possible to make the chicken Caesar salad gluten free by omitting the croutons and he proceeded to tell me why that was the worst, most unhealthy option for a salad.”

“The hotel itself was nice. However, the beds need to be updated. They are very very firm and very hard to sleep on. If you like a firm bed you’ll love this. I couldn’t deal with it. I booked for two nights and had to check out one night early due to the bad situation also, it is parked along I four and it is very noisy at night understanding that it was the Fourth of July weekend.
