Highlights
Cozy living room: A cozy living room with a comfortable seating area, dining area, and fireplace.

Modern kitchen: Equipped with a combination microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, and all necessary kitchen utensils. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room, which can be used as a sleeping area for children if needed.

Two comfortable bedrooms: one double bed and two single beds. The living room also features a sleeper sofa that provides additional sleeping space for 1 or 2 people if needed.

Balcony: Spacious balcony with patio furniture, ideal for enjoying the fresh air.

Practical amenities: Washing machine and dryer (coin-operated). During your stay, you may use the left side of the garage/storage room, for example, to store bicycles, skis, or other items. The rest of the area is not available to guests.

Accessibility: Less suitable for guests with limited mobility. The building is located on a slope and is accessible only via an outdoor staircase.


Location: In a prime location, just a few steps from Lake Hillebach, where you can enjoy water sports, swimming, or relaxing walks along the water. In winter, the fun in the snow begins practically right outside the front door, while summer invites you to enjoy long days in nature.

The diverse Sauerland region also offers numerous hiking and biking trails, picturesque villages, and a wide range of recreational activities within a 30-minute radius.
