“The apartment was just what we were looking for for a weekend in Des Moines with my daughter, and our dog. Both bedrooms were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, and the place was cozy. And it was just minutes away from the restaurants, farmers market, and other sites we want to visit. most places were under 10 minutes awa. The area was a pet friendly too with green space and nice neighborhood for walks and plenty of street parking ”

“Newer apartment complex close to downtown. The space was clean and we felt safe in our surroundings. Positives: It was bigger than the basic hotel and cheaper so we were happy with our stay. Once we found the pool/game room on the 3rd floor, we enjoyed. Appreciated the hangers in the closet and ice trays in the freezer. Cons: No private patio, the couch is actually a futon and uncomfortable, the street parking was about 2 blocks away each night and the TV connection was painfully slow; we ended...

“They still owe me a 150 refund for an incorrect charge. Not sure if or how I will get that back. They said they can't reverse it. My car got towed, even though I had a parking permit (they didn't see it under the frost on window). The TV didn't work, the bathtub was missing the plug, kitchen was lacking (at least get some salt), only two shower towels provided, light bulb in bedroom didn't work, tons of random hair and dirt from previous visitors, ran out of toilet paper, even asked for more...
