“It was very clean and nice view of the lake and amphitheater. No matter how much air freshener they used, I could smell the smoke from the casino. The walls were very thin.”

“Checking in wasn’t the best experience. I was told I had booked 2 rooms with Expedia when it was only one. Then after checking I was wondering if the breakfast was still included like I had seen online? I had to go back to the desk to ask because she didn’t tell me anything about breakfast!”

“Staff was very helpful and rooms were perfectly cleaned. The price for the room was very acceptable. My only complaint would be the water pressure when I showered. I would definitely stay there again.”

“Room was pretty clean over all. Property outside had bedding and clothing laying all around. It was obviously an old building. Pool room was not great. Very old cobwebs all over and a large spider IN the POOL. Pool towels were not available. Breakfast was ok. The usual; eggs, sausage, waffles, toast, and cereal. Tiffany was great and as helpful as she could be, with what she had to work with.”

“The breakfast and kickback are wonderful amenities, especially for families with kids. My issues is that they only have two elevators in a building with 6 floors. That includes housekeeping and maintenance as well. So when one elevator isn’t working (like while we were there) that is a major inconvenience. There were people waiting in line for the elevator in a line with staff and having to take turns and wait multiple times with 6 floors! Also the beds suck, worst night of sleep I’ve had in a...

“The carpet was a little stained bathroom cracks on all the walls and ceiling. Shower leaked. Bed was rock hard sheets were scratchy. Breakfast was horrible. They had day old bread and muffins over cooked hard biscuits zero to no fruit, no yogurt and no milk for the cereal. What is the point of having a continental breakfast? If there's nothing you can actually eat. Oh, and the decaf coffee had grounds and lumps in it. 2 other guest refused to drink it and warned me of it.”
