“No lift. But the lady at the front desk with dark hair and bangs was absolutely delightful. As a woman traveling alone she made sure to let me know if I needed anything to reach out, didn’t say my room number out loud in case someone could over hear, and made sure to put me on second level. ”

“What a fabulous Hotel! From the minute we arrived, the warm welcome we got from Reception, especially Billy, was great, it's not something you see so often anymore. You truly felt like you were appreciated for staying there. All the staff we encountered were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. “Really beautiful and cozy place in the centre of Liverpool. The rooms are in Beatles style, quite large and confortable, the shower is very big and comfortable too. Very comfortable bed. Very good breakfast with plenty of choice between full English breakfast and other options. I would definitely return!”
