The housekeeping was a joke. For a 5 nights stay they never cleaned the bathroom (just changed the towels and the toilet paper) and never changed the bed. They took the garbage from the room though, daily . You have to get used to live in your own dirt.
Breakfast was average with limited choices. Restaurant offered outstanding food of superb quality and taste, but the menu was limited. The gym is way above average and top notch for the level of the hotel. The SPA was superb and offered the best in class products. If you want a superior SPA you truly have to struggle to find one. WiFi was excellent and stable. The staff in general was young and inexperienced, but the tried their best.

"Clean, comfortable and well appointed rooms. Friendly welcoming and helpful staff. And the food; at first glance the menu says 'standard pub food' but this offering is far above that with fresh chef cooked fare. Nothing out of a packet here, I thoroughly recommend the Oliver Twist."
