For outdoor enthusiasts, there are plenty of activities to choose from, including horseback riding, stand-up paddleboarding, hiking, kayaking, and fishing. In the winter months, you can hit the slopes for downhill skiing or snowboarding, or give snowmobiling and ice skating a try. Dells Zipline Adventures offers a Zipline and Adventure Park located on six scenic acres within Chula Vista Resort for an additional charge. You will find something for everyone in the family.

With a cozy gas fireplace and a smart TV above it, you can lounge blissfully inside after a day of exploring the area. The table and chairs by the window provide a lovely spot to enjoy your coffee every day while taking in the morning sunlight. The fully stocked kitchen features modern appliances and is spacious, making it easy to whip up delicious meals during your stay. When your evenings begin to wind down, go for a soothing soak in the jetted tub before falling asleep. Each bedroom features its own TV for private viewing, while the primary even has its own fireplace.

Your arrival will be effortless—there’s no need to stop at the front desk. Prior to check-in, you’ll receive a private access code that allows you to go straight to your residence and begin enjoying your stay right away.
Please note that indoor waterpark passes are not included and cannot be purchased. However, your reservation does include access to the seasonal outdoor pools located in front of and behind the Rio Condos—an ideal setting to relax and unwind.
Our team thoughtfully manages the residence itself, while the resort is operated separately, so on-site staff may not always be available. If this arrangement doesn’t align with your expectations, we encourage you to contact the platform through which you booked, keeping in mind that cancellation policies are time-sensitive.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
