“Good location and the room size was great. Decent breakfast was available and the staff for breakfast was pleasant and helpful.
The room wasn’t well cleaned between guests as we found items in the room left by prior guests and they didn’t restock regular coffee or hand soap before we got there. Rooms weren’t well insulated from sound and we heard people in the room above us shouting and loud thuds from their room all night.”

“Check in and check out were easy by using the link provided. The whirlpool had distinct water line ring & hair in the bottom. The ice bucket had black mold around the ring at the top. The exterior door of the hotel was unlocked/unlatched when we entered. Once we closed it shut and tried to reopen for a family member bringing in baggage, the door would not open. Both of these were alarming.”
