Guests have access to a parking space in the underground garage, connected to a private locker where bicycles or skis can be safely stored. There is also a fire pit area on the property.
The estate is gated and monitored.

The apartment is tastefully arranged, suitable for up to 5 people, and has everything needed for a pleasant stay.
The spacious living room includes a sofa bed and a comfortable pouf that can be used as a single bed, a smart TV with free access to Disney+, and high-speed internet.

The bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe.

The fully equipped kitchen has an electric hob, a large fridge with freezer, a Samsung oven with microwave function, a dishwasher, an espresso coffee machine (capsules), and all essential kitchenware.
On the terrace, there is garden furniture and sun loungers.

The bathroom has a shower cabin, hairdryer, and washing machine. The apartment is also equipped with an iron, ironing board, foldable drying rack, and vacuum cleaner.
