“The pictures and the rating for the hotel and rooms were misleading. The rooms were fithy. The walls were covered in dust. The dust on some of the flat surfaces was so thick that it must have been there for months or possibly years. A/C unit made popping sounds all day an night and barely worked. The shower leaked all over the tiny bathroom floor. There was only hot water for less than 2 minutes to shower with and then went ice cold. The towels were paper thin and felt like sandpaper. The...

“Family run business, very friendly and accommodating staff. Room was clean, basic amenities (eg dated wardrobe). Sheets and towels clean, a few with stains. Very close to Gaya st and 2 great supermarkets next door.”

The place is close to the coastal area of KK city and walking distance to a few shopping malls and the night market. Clean and neat place. Would recommend to others!”

“Good location if you like being close to the pier for traveling to the islands, and having the convenience of a mall right next door. The rooms are average at best and the breakfast buffet could be greatly improved with some traditional breakfast meats and a dedicated omelette station. One thing I found very good was the hiring of the deaf for the positions that do not require regular verbal interaction.”

“We love this hotel, one thing- they need to make sure the leafy vegetables salad is really checked and cleaned. We found a little slimy creepy crawler on the leafy green lettuce.. sad , we bit it was just oversight but … it kills our appetite.. ”
